Dr. Giraldo graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1989 and started serving as a clinical instructor in their Operative Department from 1989 to 1991. Dr. Giraldo loves going to work each day and interacting with her patients. She also volunteers her services in her free time both in the United States and abroad. Most recently, she went to the Dominican Republic in 2018 to donate her dental services there. They all enjoy running and biking in Central Park, and Dr. Giraldo has been a member of New York Road Runners since 2006. She also participated in a NYC triathlon. Dr. Giraldo enjoys road racing and has participated in over 16 half-marathons and four New York City Marathons, breaking her personal record in 2018 with a time of 4:09:19.
Victor Zeines, DDS, MS, FAGD, FIND, Dr. Zeines has been practicing holistic dentistry for the past 25 years. He sees patients at his two New York City-area practice locations on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and in Shokan, New York.
He received his degree from New York University College of Dentistry and completed an internship at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York. Dr. Zeines always believed that dentistry needed to do more than just “fix teeth.”
In 1980, he received a Master of Science in nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. He received fellowship status from the Academy of General Dentistry in 1982. Dr. Cirillo earned his bachelors degree from Farmingdale State College with a major in Bioscience and minor in Chemistry. Dr. Steven Reff uses his extensive experience to provide the highest level of surgical care in a gentle, compassionate manner. He received his D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. While there, he graduated at the top of his class and was honored by his faculty by being inducted into the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthetic Honors Society. He also served as President on a variety of committees including the Dental School’s Global Outreach Program and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery study group.
Following dental school, Dr. Reff completed his surgical-based training at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine/New York Presbyterian Hospital. Upon completing his training Dr. Reff began treating patients in private practice. He was also invited to take a position at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine teaching postgraduate candidates and future dentists and was additionally appointed admitting privileges.
