Dr. Omid Elie was born and raised in Foster City and has returned to practice dentistry. He graduated from UCLA in 2014 with a Bachelors in molecular, cell, and developmental biology and then attended UCSF dental school for his Doctorate of dental surgery. When not at work, you can find Dr. Elie working on his physical fitness with a run or at the gym. In his downtime, he'll be cheering on the Warriors and 49ers or looking for a good stand-up comic to watch.
Dr. Elie's main focus is preventative dentistry and oral hygiene education. He believes going to the dentist should be a comfortable, fun experience, and treatment planning should be a conversation with the main focus being optimal oral health for the long run.

Dr. Kian Farzaneh DDS is an accomplished oral surgeon, wisdom teeth specialist, and dental implant specialist in Danville, California.
At his practice, Dr. Farzaneh cares for patients using the latest advances in oral and maxillofacial surgery. These include Nobel Guide, which is a CT-guided implant planning and placement technology, and "Teeth in an Hour," a service that helps people who need immediate dental implants. He is one of the few surgeons trained in placement of the Zygomatic Implants, a procedure that eliminates the need for bone grafts in severely resorbed jaws.
Dr. Farzaneh graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1999. He completed a one-year internship in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Highland General Hospital/University of the Pacific. He then completed a four-year oral and maxillofacial residency program at the same hospital.
Dr. Farzaneh has received multiple certificates in the area of dental implants, including certificates from Nobel Biocare, one of the world’s leading authorities on dental implants. He is also currently on staff at John Muir Medical Center, a major trauma center in the Bay Area.
He is a member of numerous associations, including the California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Contra Costa Dental Society, Academy of Osseointegration, and Sadi Fontaine Academy.
Dr. Farzaneh continues to keep updated with the newest advances in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Megan Constant grew up in Cupertino, where she attended Monta Vista High School. She completed her undergraduate work at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, graduating with a degree in Biology and worked as a dental assistant for four years. Dr. Megan went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Pacific Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. She then worked for a year as a general dentist in Palo Alto and Sunnyvale before moving to Atlanta, GA to continue her education in the field of Orthodontics. After completing a 36-month orthodontic residency at the Georgia School of Orthodontics, she moved back to California to fulfill her dream of one day practicing with her father, Dr. David Constant, who has been an Orthodontist in Cupertino and Palo Alto for over 30 years. Dr. Megan feels extremely lucky to be practicing with her father, and lifelong mentor, back in her hometown today.
Dr. Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, a local firefighter, and daughter Olivia. Dr. Megan and her husband love cooking and adventuring outside with their daughter. They can be found out on the lake in the Summer, skiing on the mountain in the Winters, and on the beaches of Hawaii for their annual trip with their families.

Dr. Samantha Mohan became passionate about dentistry after volunteering in rural clinics in Vietnam. She is an empath and feels strongly that she was born to use her calming presence and patience to provide a better experience for those with dental anxiety. As a child, she had an impacted canine and underwent many dental procedures. She was scared to go to the dentist and understands the anxiety it can cause. She takes pride in providing a delicate approach to dentistry.
She has always been an artist and uses these skills in dentistry to make dental work look seamless with natural teeth. Dr. Mohan is an expert in cosmetic dentistry and loves utilizing the latest technologies and minimally invasive techniques to provide beautiful results. She is passionate about taking a holistic approach to dentistry and takes special consideration for how systemic conditions contribute to the mouth.
She grew up in the bay area; attended University of the Pacific in San Francisco for dental school, and now lives in San Carlos with her husband and puppy. Dr. Mohan regularly exceeds the dental board’s annual required amount of continuing education courses and loves attending conferences with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She is a huge Warriors fan, loves skiing in Tahoe and trying out new cooking recipes.
Dr. Wenli Loo is a general and cosmetic dentist in San Francisco and San Ramon, CA. Dr. Loo has been practicing dentistry for 20 years. She completed her dental education at the New York University School of Dentistry in 2002. She continued her studies by completing a residency at the Veteran’s Affairs Hospital. Dr.Loo keeps current with the latest technology and finds continuing education very important. She has taken numerous advance education courses at The Dawson Academy, The Misch Implant Institute and the American Academy of Clear Aligners.

Dr. Steve Deng is a Bay Area native, growing up in the East Bay. He completed his undergraduate studies at UCLA and his dental degree at NYU College of Dentistry. Having aligned clinical views and studies as Dr. Loo, he joined her practice as an associate in 2020.
Dr. Deng’s passion for dentistry stems back to when he was young and knew this would be his dream career. His mission is to provide comprehensive dental services to all patients in an environment that is safe, reassuringly pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Steve Deng continuously seeks out training and professional development opportunities that allow him to remain aware and knowledgeable about new dental practices and the latest technology being considered or used.

Dr. Michael Nguyen is the youngest of four brothers who grew up in San Jose. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis and completed his dental degree at Midwestern University in Arizona.
Dr. Mike's passion for dentistry ignited on a dental expedition trip to Liberia, Costa Rica, where he provided free dental services, supplies, and knowledge in underprivileged and impoverished areas. Two health expeditions later, Dr. Mike found himself at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, where he completed his masters in biomedical science and his doctorate in dental medicine. He loves dentistry because it afforded him the ability to empower and lift people up with his knowledge and clinical skills. He enjoys the teaching and teamwork aspects of dentistry, where he can help make his work environment and experience creative, collaborative, and fun. He finds joy in education, relationships, and community. He believes that is what dentistry is all about, and that's why he loves it.
In his spare time, Dr. Mike enjoys playing basketball, hiking, and camping in national parks. He is a huge Bay Area sports fan. He listens to podcasts and reads books by life performance coaches like Tony Robbins and Tim Ferris. He is known as “Uncle Michael” to two beautiful boys, Dat and Hunter, and one mischievous dog named Basil.
Thi Hoang, DDS, is an exceptional dentist with extensive experience specializing in cosmetic, family, implant, and general dentistry. She serves her patients and the community at Mowry Dental in Fremont, California.
Dr. Hoang graduated from the University of the Pacific’s Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California in 2007. Post-graduation, she was selected by the faculty at UOP to continue her training through the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program.
Dr. Hoang is dedicated and passionate about serving her team, her patients, and her community. Her commitment to excellence and the highest standard of care inspires her team to be the best they can possibly be by being trustworthy, kind, and focused on communication through education.

Dr. Theresa Hoang is a well-rounded cosmetic, family, implant, and general dentist practicing at Mowry Dental in Fremont, California. Affectionately referred to by her patients as “Dr. H 2.0,” Dr. Hoang is happy to serve patients in and around the Fremont community.
Dr. H (2.0) received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Washington in Seattle and later graduated from the University of the Pacific’s Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California.
The spunky younger sister of Dr. Thi Hoang, Dr. H (2.0) is equally as passionate about her dental career. At Mowry Dental, she is not only committed to help anxious patients overcome their fear of going to the dentist but prioritizes communication with patients through education. She loves a good joke and always brings smiles to the faces of her teammates and her patients with her wacky sense of humor.
When not at the office, Dr. H (2.0) enjoys traveling, dining at local restaurants, binge-watching Netflix shows, and spending time with her five nieces. On the weekends, you can catch Dr. H at a concert or music festival.
Dr. John DiPonziano has been performing the surgical placement and prosthetic restoration of dental implants since the mid-eighties.
Prior to attending dental school, Dr. DiPonziano was a full-time dental technician and earned Certified Dental Technician status, which he still maintains today. Dr. DiPonziano performs many of the implant laboratory procedures himself and is well versed in all aspects of the implant treatment picture – from the laboratory planning phase to surgery and prosthetic restoration.

Cary Bishop, DDS, is one of the experienced dentists in the team at Peninsula Dental Excellence located in Mountain View, California. His talents in general, cosmetic, and reconstructive dentistry meet the varied needs of his patients.
Born and raised in Los Altos, California. Dr. Bishop attended the University of California, Santa Barbara for his undergraduate career and earned a degree with Honors in Biological Sciences. He helped Hughes Aircraft Company integrate computer graphics into their Manufacturing Technology Program in Los Angeles for one year before attending the University of California, San Francisco for dental school. Immediately after graduating, he moved back to Los Altos to practice dentistry with his father, Roger Bishop, and has been there ever since.
Dr. Bishop provides patient-centered dental care for many longtime patients, families, and friends. He enjoys working with the team at Peninsula Dental Excellence and the talented dental specialists in the area. He understands that every patient is unique and works hard to make sure his patients’ needs and expectations are met.
Outside of the office, Dr. Bishop enjoys skiing, cycling, triathlons, and wakeboarding with his wife, daughter, and two sons.
