Dr. Warner graduated from Georgetown University Medical School in Washington, DC. He completed his gynecology residency at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, where he served as administrative chief resident. Dr. Warner furthered his knowledge by enrolling in a program led by Dr. David Matlock for Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation and Designer Laser Vaginoplasty at the prestigious Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of America, in Beverly Hills, California. He then completed training in tumescent liposuction through the International Society of Cosmetogynecology. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Warner has received many academic and service awards for excellence in his field. In addition to his board certification, Dr. Warner is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is also a member of the International Society of Cosmetogynecology and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and an associate of the Laser Vaginal Institute of America.

Eileen, our Nurse Practitioner has a vast range of knowledge in acute and chronic health management from ages 0-100. Jaclyn has been working as a healthcare administrator for over 10 years and has a wide range of experience and knowledge regarding healthcare resources, medical organization management, and insurance. Dr. Ronaldo Calonje is a physician working at South Florida Sports Medicine and Primary Care in Coral Springs, Florida. Dr. Calonje attended Miami-Dade College, where he studied psychology. After graduating from this institution with honors, he studied microbiology and immunology at the University of Miami. After returning to the United States, he completed a fellowship in sports medicine in Chicago, Illinois.

Since he began practicing sports medicine, Dr. Calonje has covered many events, including amateur boxing, professional boxing, WNBA basketball, mixed martial arts, the Chicago Marathon, Florida State University Athletics, special Olympics, F.I.U. Athletics, University of Miami Athletics, and more. He has served as Medical Director of South Florida Sports Medicine and Primary Care since 2011.

Dr. Calonje was born in Managua, Nicaragua. His father is a retired pediatrician who practiced for 20 years in Miami, Florida. His brother is an OB/GYN currently practicing at St. Alexius Medical Center in Illinois.

Blanche Y. Bonnick, M.D., plays a vital role in providing excellent care to patients at Apex Medical Center. She understands the importance of treating each person as an individual with their own needs and goals. That attention to detail and individualized approach has led many patients from in and around Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada, to turn to Dr. Bonnick for not only their own primary care but that of friends and family.

Dr. Bonnick earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. After graduation, she went on to study medicine at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed her residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, where she perfected her approach to helping people better their lives through optimal health.

Dr. Bonnick enjoyed a successful career as a primary care physician for more than 12 years, living and working in San Diego and Las Mesa, California. After moving to the Las Vegas area, she joined Apex Medical Center and has been helping patients maximize their health and wellness ever since.

Bikan Octain M.D. graduated from medical school at the age of 22, making him one of the youngest graduates in his class. He received specialized training in Family Medicine from Wake Forest University, Bowman’s School of Medicine, and started his private practice in Annandale, Virginia in the summer of 1991. Over his 25+ years of private practice experience, Dr. Octain has treated patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors well in their 90s. His practice has grown to serve many families who have been returning to his care for over 3 generations and in some cases even 4 generations. He has a passion for helping the underserved and has been an avid participant in the Northern Virginia health community. His philosophy is that everyone should have access to affordable healthcare.

Chris Simpson, MD, is a family medicine physician practicing at Dickinson Family Medicine Clinic, located in Dickinson, Texas. He has been dedicated to practicing family medicine since 2018. He has a clinical interest in children’s, women’s, and men’s health and completes well-child exams, well-woman exams, adult physical exams, and Medicare annual wellness visits.

Prashanth Mannam, MD, has over 20 years of experience as an internist and primary care provider. He offers patient-focused care to patients aged 12 and older at Mannam Medical & Wellness in the Soundview neighborhood of The Bronx in New York City. 

Dr. Mannam completed his training in medicine in Madras, India. He earned his medical degree at the Madras Medical College and served his internship at the Madras Medical College General Hospital. 

After spending a year honing his skills as a primary care physician at Kommalapati Nursing Home in Ongole, India, he moved to the United States, where he completed his internal medicine residency at New York’s Montefiore North Medical Center in The Bronx. He has since become a member of the American Medical Association and is board-certified in internal medicine.

Dr. Mannam commits himself to provide personalized medical care to his community. He speaks several languages fluently: English, Spanish, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Dr. Mannam takes his time with each patient, never rushing anyone, and answering questions thoroughly. 

Outside of his practice, Dr. Mannam stays active by playing racquetball and tennis. He also enjoys world music and reading.

From a young age, Dr. Tony Arnott was deeply influenced by the medical challenges his mother faced during her battle with cancer. Witnessing her undergo chemotherapy and radiation treatments kindled a profound desire within him to aid those suffering from chronic and terminal diseases. This early experience led him to pursue a bachelor's degree in cytotechnology from Marshall University, which he completed in 1998.

After several years in the field of cytology, Dr. Arnott decided to deepen his medical knowledge and skills by returning to academia. He earned his medical degree from West Virginia University in 2007 and chose to specialize in family medicine. He completed his residency at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Georgia, where he greatly benefited from the unopposed family medicine program.

Over the past 15 years, Dr. Arnott has primarily worked in urgent care and primary care settings. His personal health struggles with polyneuropathy and Lyme disease exposed him to the limitations of conventional Western medicine and spurred him to explore functional medicine. This journey led to significant personal healing through lifestyle changes, dietary supplements, and IV infusions. In 2021, after being bedridden for more than six months, he found considerable relief and eventual recovery through alternative treatments.

These experiences made Dr. Arnott a staunch advocate for cannabis. He successfully discontinued all prescription medications, relying instead on CBD and other nutraceuticals. His recent role in a functional medicine primary care setting allowed him to observe firsthand the dramatic improvements cannabis could bring to patients with chronic diseases, cancer, autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, migraines, and neurodegenerative disorders. Many of these patients were able to substantially reduce their conventional medical treatments and enhance their overall quality of life.

Board-certified in family medicine, Dr. Arnott is now fully committed to the cannabis industry and is currently working with Kaya Life. He derives immense satisfaction from seeing patients benefit from using cannabis as an alternative therapy, often reducing or eliminating their dependence on medications such as benzodiazepines and opioids. Dr. Arnott is passionate about helping others achieve better health and a higher quality of life through holistic and integrative approaches.

Michael G. Grill, DO, is a board-certified primary care physician at Stoneleigh Medical Group. He provides expert and compassionate care to patients living in Pawling, New York. 

Dr. Grill received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania and completed his residency at Clarion Hospital in Clarion County, Pennsylvania.  For nearly twenty-five years, Dr. Grill has been seeing patients at Village Medical, PLLC, in the town of Pawling, New York, and he currently treats patients from birth through their geriatric years.

As a family medicine physician blessed with a wide range of life experiences, I strive to provide top quality health and wellness care to our rural area. I have been practicing medicine for 30 years. 21 of those years were spent in the United States Air Force and teaching our future Family Medicine physicians in 2 residency programs. It was in the Air Force that I had the privilege of learning acupuncture from the "Father of North American Acupuncture," Dr Joe Helms. This program forever changed my practice style and depth. I have now returned to the southeast Missouri region and will be doing a direct primary care model of practice with acupuncture and tele-health opportunities.
