At the core of her practice is the belief that nutrition shouldn't make life more difficult, but instead be a practice in nourishment and self-care.

Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Foods from Drexel University where she spent time as a research assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, and completed her dietetic internship with Morrison Healthcare.

Her professional background spans community nutrition, clinical care, private practice, and food entrepreneurship, giving her a unique perspective on the many ways people experience food and health. Forward Care Family Practice provides comprehensive family medical care from their office in Phoenix, Arizona.
