Dr. Laeth George grew up in the Phoenix Metro area before completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, earning a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Physiology. He obtained his M.D. from the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix, where he met his wife. Following this, he completed Internal Medicine residency at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. Thereafter, he completed his fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation – Taussig Cancer Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
During these years of training, he published multiple peer-reviewed articles in various medical journals regarding diseases like multiple myeloma as well as kidney cancer. He has presented research at national meetings, including at the 2023 Genitourinary Oncology meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
He is excited to return to Phoenix and help serve the community he and his family consider to be home. He has a strong dedication to the care of patients with Hematologic and Oncologic conditions, and has experience treating a broad spectrum of both common and rare disorders in Hematology and Oncology. He believes in partnering with patients and their loved ones to provide compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care to achieve the best outcomes possible.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, reading, trying new restaurants, and is an avid sports fan.
Leon Thompson, DO, is an experienced internal medicine physician at Thompson Medical Group in Peoria, Arizona. He provides comprehensive care to adults of all ages living with conditions ranging from heart disease and diabetes to memory loss. He supports people with personalized chronic disease management and weight management programs.
Dr. Thompson is a native of Arizona. He attended St. Matthew Catholic School in Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated from St. Mary’s Catholic High School, also in Phoenix. Dr. Thompson completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University in Phoenix and attended medical school at the Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California.
After graduating with a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Thompson completed his internship and residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. He completed an American College of Osteopathic Internists fellowship and is board-certified in internal medicine.

Randall Piette, MD, is a skilled internal medicine physician at The Maxwell Group in Sun City, Arizona. He is board-certified in internal medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Piette was born in West Allis, Wisconsin, and attended the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. There, he earned his bachelor’s degree in medical science. Dr. Piette received his medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, graduating in 1997.
He completed his internship and residency at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. He has a passion for geriatric medicine and has been in private practice for over 25 years. He joined The Maxwell Group in 2000.

Srinivasa R. Palnati, M.D. was born in Venice Itlay. He perused his medical degree at the college of DR Ambedkar Bangalore, graduating in 1988. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Louis University Community Hospital, MO. Srinivasa R. Palnati has been in private practice for over 20 years in Sun City and has been with The Maxwell Group for 10 years.
He is married and blessed with 3 children. In his leisure time, Dr. Palnati enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and he also actively participates in community services.
Vijay Swarup, MD, FACC, FHRS, is one of the physicians at Arizona Heart Rhythm Center, which has locations in Phoenix, Peoria, Gilbert, and Prescott, Arizona. He has been practicing clinical cardiac electrophysiology in Arizona since 2002. Before joining the practice, he completed a fellowship in clinical cardiac electrophysiology at the University of Chicago Hospitals and Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Swarup earned his bachelor's and medical degrees at the University of Delhi in New Delhi. He continued his education at St. Louis University School of Medicine, completing an internal medicine residency and a research fellowship in molecular cardiology. He completed a Cardiovascular Disease fellowship at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. He then pursued a clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Chicago Hospitals and Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Swarup has received specialized training in performing complex arrhythmia treatments, including trans-catheter ablations. He has a special interest in three-dimensional electroanatomical mapping techniques, left atrial appendage occlusion techniques, and ablative therapies for atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia.
In Arizona, Dr. Swarup was among the first to perform epicardial and endocardial 3D mapping guided ablation of ischemic ventricular tachycardias, open irrigated ablations, robotic catheter ablations for arrhythmias, and implantation to left atrial appendage occlusion devices. Dr. Swarup has some of the most extensive experience in AF and VT ablations and implantation of LAA occlusion devices in the country. Dr. Swarup is also an active researcher of new ablation techniques, having authored numerous abstracts and manuscripts. He has been the principal investigator in many research protocols investigating promising new ablation techniques and devices for the treatment of arrhythmias.
Dr. Swarup is board certified in cardiovascular diseases and clinical cardiac electrophysiology.
Kishlay Anand, MD, MS, FHRS, is a founding partner of AZ Cardiology, which has locations in Peoria, Prescott, Cottonwood, Flagstaff, and Prescott Valley. He is also a board-certified cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist with over 15 years of experience. Dr. Anand graduated from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi, India. Dr. Ertz-Archambault is triple board-certified in Hematology, Medical Oncology, and Internal Medicine, dedicated to providing expert and compassionate care to patients facing blood disorders and cancers, with a special emphasis in breast cancer. Dr. Ertz-Archambault has dedicated her career to serving the Phoenix cancer community. She spent over four years caring for the underserved cancer population at Valleywise Health, where she partnered with the breast cancer team honored with The Spirit of Healing Award from the Cancer Support Community of Arizona in 2022. Her commitment extends beyond the clinic through volunteer work, charity educational programs, and quality improvement initiatives for underserved cancer patients. Dr Ertz-Archambault is an active member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology. She also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Creighton University, Phoenix School of Medicine, mentoring the next generation of physicians. Dr. Jason Samuelian is a Board-certified Radiation Oncologist, with expertise in novel radiation techniques including Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), and Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy (SABR). He has a particular interest in using new and advanced treatment techniques to minimize side effects. He derives great satisfaction from spending time with his patients and developing relationships with them that last long beyond their cancer care.
Dr. Samuelian joined Arizona Center for Cancer Care in 2015. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University, where he graduated cum laude. He earned his medical doctorate at Midwestern University in Glendale, where he was awarded the MICA Scholastic Award in 2008, and graduated with Honors in 2010. He completed an internal medicine internship at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center, followed by residency training at the Baylor College of Medicine, where he also served as chief resident. In addition, Dr. Samuelian has completed two brachytherapy fellowships — at the MD Anderson Cancer Center and the Seattle Prostate Institute.
Dr. Samuelian is a member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology, American Brachytherapy Society, American College of Radiology, American College of Radiation Oncology, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He has been invited to serve on the ASCO Professional Development Committee. He currently serves as Chairman of the Cancer Committee at Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, a program accredited by the Commission on Cancer (CoC).
Dr. Samuelian actively participates in cooperative group clinical trials. His research has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals, and he has presented at national meetings on SABR for COPD patients with early-stage lung cancer, IMRT for the treatment of rectal cancer, and prostate cancer brachytherapy, among others.

Dr. Devinder Singh obtained his MD from the Government Medical College in Patiala (Punjab), India. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Shortly after, he completed his fellowship in Medical Oncology and Hematology from the City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, California in 1992. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Hematology.
In August of 1992, he founded the Arizona Center for Hematology/Oncology and has been servicing the greater Phoenix area since then with his other medical oncology associates. In 2008, in collaboration with Drs. Biggs, Lee, and Reed, the radiation oncology division was established, and the practice name was changed to Arizona Center for Cancer Care. Among his many accomplishments, in 2019 Dr. Singh received the “Oncology Service Award” from Phoenix Cancer Support Network and was nominated as “Best Doctor in Oncology” by Phoenix Magazine. He is a clinical assistant professor at Midwestern Medical University (Glendale campus) and is actively involved in teaching medical students.
Dr. Singh has been married to his wonderful wife, Randeep, since 1982. They have three beautiful children, two daughters, Raman and Rimpi, and one son, Aman, all attending different universities. They also have two Yorkshire terriers, Rusty and Musty, and a playful cat, Millie. In his free time, Dr. Singh enjoys playing golf.

Dr. Joan Dahmer specializes in hematology, medical oncology, and internal medicine.
Dr. Dahmer joined Arizona Center for Cancer Care in 2008 when her team at Arizona Center for Hematology and Oncology partnered with the practice. Prior to joining Arizona Center for Hematology and Oncology in 2002, Dr. Dahmer developed the oncology program at both Maryvale and Memorial Hospitals in Phoenix. She was also Chief of Medicine at Laurentian Hospital in California and has served as a medical consultant for prominent centers and labs.
Dr. Dahmer has been active in the medical community as a past or current member of several organizations, most recently as a member of The Arizona Clinical Oncology Society, the American Society of Hematology, and the Association of Community Cancer Centers, to name a few.
She has also volunteered her time to many health-related causes, including serving as medical director for the HAVEN Program of Northeastern Ohio, a comprehensive program for those infected with and affected by HIV.
She has presented on a number of topics including, medical marijuana, cardiac assessment in home care to home health nurses, women in medicine, oral & lung cancer and medicine as a career.

Dr. Giraldo Kato specializes in medical oncology and hematology and has a special interest in breast cancer. His research interests include new breast cancer therapies as well as gastrointestinal and thoracic malignancies.
Dr. Kato joined Arizona Center for Cancer Care in 2013, when his team at Pinnacle Oncology Hematology partnered with the practice. Prior to joining Pinnacle Oncology, Dr. Kato served as chief of hematology/oncology at Maricopa Medical Center. After graduating from a premier medical school in India, Dr. Fernandes continued her training in Internal Medicine and obtained advanced training in the treatment of blood and cancer disorders in the United States. She was awarded an international prestigious scholarship from the European Society of Medical Oncology and spent time as a visiting fellow in Medical Oncology in Spain.
Her areas of expertise include breast cancers in addition to treating other cancer disorders such as colon cancer, lung cancer, melanoma/skin cancers and blood disorders such as anemias, iron deficiency disorders, abnormal blood counts. She serves as a section editor for Breast Cancer on hemonc.org, an internationally accessed online resource for cancer physicians. Dr. Fernandes believes in providing compassionate, exceptional and cutting-edge care to her patients. She strives to provide the most personalized treatment plan for her patients while taking into consideration their unique needs. Having had family members who have also been stricken with cancer, she understands and empathizes with the needs of caring for a loved one with cancer.
Dr. Fernandes enjoys spending time with family, travel, running, and watercolor painting.
