Ray Bradford, MD, is a board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist in Northern Colorado. Dr. Bradford sees patients at RIA Endovascular in Windsor, Colorado.

He pursued medical school at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania, followed by an internship in Internal Medicine also at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, and his residency at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center also in Hershey.

Allen Swanson, MD, works as a vascular and interventional radiologist at RIA Endovascular. Dr. Swanson sees patients at the office in Windsor, Colorado.

As a college student, Dr. Swanson became interested in the link between mind and body after taking courses in genetics and psychology. He completed premed courses and a degree in psychology at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He attended the University of Minnesota Medical School, where he studied radiology and graduated with his medical degree. 

Dr. Swanson completed an internship in internal medicine at Gundersen Lutheran in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and a diagnostic radiology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minneapolis. He then did a fellowship in interventional radiology at Johns Hopkins Medicine of Baltimore, Maryland.

Board certified by the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Swanson has co-authored and published articles on current radiology techniques, global practice, and humanitarian teleradiology.

At RIA Endovascular, Dr. Swanson utilizes his background in imaging to perform minimally invasive procedures. Ida Rastegar graduated from Yale University and earned her M.D. at Emory University in Atlanta. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology and went on to join the faculty at UCLA for several years. After moving to Boulder, CO with her husband and three children, she took on the role of office manager for Rinnova. Dr. Brewington grew up in California and completed her medical training on the east coast, but has considered Colorado her home since moving here in 2003. Following residency, she opened her own clinic in Ft. Collins and later joined a small private practice, where she cared for patients until her youngest son was born. She then stayed home to focus on raising her two boys before relocating to Boulder County, and joined Westmed in 2017. Her favorite activities outside of clinic include reading, crafts, hiking, and doing just about anything with family.
