I believe in using a range of modalities to offer the best results for my Holistic Health Care Center’s clients. Some modalities I include are myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, acupressure focused massage, and aromatherapy.
I believe in offering my clients a range of modalities. I am continuously advancing in my education and treatment options, which includes Energy Therapy. I've begun Healing Touch training. I have completed Healing Touch Levels 1, 2, and 3. I have also discovered a new modality called Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT) which has given me new tools to help release deep and hard to reach adhesions that can sometimes be painful with traditional massage. I am certified in head/neck, arms/hands, lower extremities, low back, hips, abdomen, rib cage, shoulders, and axilla.
