After completing his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Ain Shams University Faculty of Medicine in Cairo, Egypt, Dr. Ahmed relocated to the United States to complete his OB/GYN residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. David W. Foulk, MD, prides himself on pioneering the most state-of-the-art, comprehensive women’s healthcare treatment in the Marion, Ohio, area. Born and raised in Bucyrus, Ohio, Dr. Foulk graduated summa cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio, with a BA in Pre-Med, Chemistry, and Zoology. He was admitted to Phi Lambda Upsilon, The National Chemistry Honor Society, and served on the Zoology Board.

Dr. Foulk earned his MD at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He was one of six medical students chosen for the highly selective Sports Medicine Rotation, where he served as a team physician for the OSU Football and the full sports department.

At OSU, Dr. Foulk realized that he loved the OB/GYN specialty. He completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mt. Carmel Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, where he served as Chief Resident.

Immediately after his residency, Dr. Foulk relocated to Marion with his wife and children. He and his family quickly became part of the community and have happily established many cherished, long-term friendships.

Dr. Foulk is a Fellow Member and board certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).
