Dr Raju is the newest member of our team.  Dr. Raju is a board certified Ob-Gyn who has been practicing in Georgia since 2012.  She attended Mercer University, where she received her medical degree, and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory University.

Until recently Dr Raju was practicing in McDonough, GA at Eagles Landing OBGYN.  She is recently married and has joined Arbor Ob-Gyn to be closer to Emory where her husband works as a Neurologist.  Dr Raju is dedicated to providing women with exceptional health health care.

Sitra Mekonnen, MD, is an adept and caring board-certified obstetrics and gynecology physician at North Atlanta Ob/Gyn, which has locations throughout Alpharetta, Marietta, and Atlanta, Georgia.

Dr. Mekonnen completed her undergraduate degree at Emory University here in Atlanta. She then received her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health and Science Center, located in Memphis, Tennessee. She completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Orlando Regional Medical Center. Dr. Kiana Nezafat, MD, is the newest addition to the North Atlanta Ob/Gyn family. With a heart full of compassion and a dedication to women's health, Dr. Nezafat is delighted to welcome new patients at both the Marietta and Atlanta office locations.

Dr. Nezafat has a special connection to the community she serves. Growing up in the Acworth, Georgia, she developed a profound understanding of the unique healthcare needs of the area's women.

Her academic journey led her to the University of Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology. Fuelled by her passion for medicine and women's health, she went on to achieve her medical degree from Medical College of Georgia. Upon completing her education, she pursued residency training at The University of Florida in Jacksonville, Florida, where she honed her skills and expertise in obstetrics and gynecology.

Jana Dopson Illston, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN and urogynecologist serving patients at North Atlanta Ob/Gyn, which has locations in Alpharetta, Marietta, and Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Illston specializes in the care of prolapse, overactive bladder, urine leakage, accidental bowel leakage, vaginal changes of menopause, painful bladder syndrome/interstitial cystitis, and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Dr. Illston was a Foundation Fellow and CURO Scholar at the University of Georgia, and her undergraduate degrees in Anthropology and Microbiology were enriched through travel study opportunities around the world. Bobby O. Tackitt II, MD, is a board-certified OB-GYN who provides dedicated and diligent care to his patients at OB-GYN Associates of Marietta’s office in Marietta and Woodstock, Georgia.

Dr. Tackitt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and his medical degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia. He relocated to Denver, Colorado, to complete an internship in internal medicine, a second internship in obstetrics and gynecology, and a residency in obstetrics and gynecology, all at St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Dr. Tackitt is currently a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and enjoys membership in the Missouri State Medical Association, the St. Louis Gynecological Society, and the American Urogynecologic Society. Prior to joining the team at OB-GYN Associates of Marietta in 1999, he ran a private practice in southern Missouri.

In his practice, Dr. Tackitt specializes in pelvic floor reconstruction, the treatment of urinary incontinence, and advanced minimally invasive laparoscopy. He maintains a subspecialty interest in urogynecology and teaches pelvic floor reconstruction surgical procedures.

Dr. Kelley graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, and returned to Macon for his postgraduate training, completing his internship at the Medical Center of Central Georgia and his residency at Mercer University/Medical Center of Central Georgia.

Mary L. Chappell, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB-GYN who provides the community of Marietta and Woodstock, Georgia with excellent medical care at OB-GYN Associates of Marietta. She was ranked as America’s Top OB-GYN for 2004-2005 by the Consumers’ Research Council of America.

Dr. Chappell is currently a member of the Georgia Obstetrics and Gynecology Society, the Atlanta Obstetrics and Gynecology Society (where she is a former president), the Cobb County Medical Society, and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Chappell served as the Chairman of the OB-GYN department at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta. 

Dr. Chappell believes in providing patient care that’s compassionate and inclusive and makes sure to fully discuss medical conditions and treatment options with all of her patients in a direct and sympathetic manner. Outside of work, she likes to run, travel, and spend time with her family and friends, including her husband, Scott, and their two children, Kendall and Connor.

Kimberly A. Huffman, MD, is a board-certified OB-GYN who provides high-quality treatments and compassionate care to her patients at OB-GYN Associates of Marietta, located in Marietta and Woodstock, Georgia.

Dr. Huffman graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. She earned her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, and completed her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa. She is currently a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Natalie R. Needham, MD, is a highly skilled OB/GYN who enjoys providing compassionate care to women in every stage of life. She’s currently on the team at OB-GYN Associates of Marietta and treats patients at their offices in Marietta and Woodstock, Georgia.

Dr. Needham is a proud Louisiana native who graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She earned her medical degree from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia, and completed her OB/GYN residency at Mercy Hospital in Chicago. During her residency, she served as the chief resident, was awarded the Academic Achievement Award, the Resident Achievement in Laparoscopy Award, and earned the title “Special Resident in Minimally Invasive Gynecology-Robotics and Laparoscopy.”  

Dr. Needham joins the OB-GYN Associates of Marietta team after seven years in Alabama, where she worked in private practice in Montgomery and taught as an Associate Professor at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham. Kevin W. Windom, MD, FACOG, FPMRS is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever as the President of OB-GYN Associates.
As an OBGYN/Urogynecologist located in Marietta, GA & Woodstock, GA, Dr. Windom has been at OB-GYN Associates of Marietta since 1998. He has over 26 years of experience as a physician and is a national public speaker, published author, local and national surgical preceptor, and a research and development consultant for a number of medical and surgical companies. Looking to the future, Dr. Windom maintains special interests in female pelvic floor reconstructive surgery, minimally invasive laparoscopic gynecologic surgery, robotic pelvic surgery, and urinary incontinence management and surgery, uterine fibroids, and endometriosis. 

Dr. Windom graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry as a member of the biological honor society, Beta Beta Beta, and the pre-med honor society, Alpha Epsilon Delta. Following this, Dr. Windom earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, completed an internship at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, and completed a second internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Windom remained at St. Joseph Hospital to complete a four-year residency program in Obstetrician-Gynecology. Dr. Windom is Double Board-certified in both Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery and OB-GYN 

Dr. Windom is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. To further his professional development, Dr. Windom holds membership in the American Urogynecological Society, the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, the State of Georgia OB-GYN Society and the Cobb County Medical Society. Devout to his faith, Dr. Windom is a member of the Peachtree Presbyterian Church and the Christians Medical/Dental Missionary.

Colleen E. Killian, MD, has been a physician in the field of obstetrics and gynecology at OB-GYN Associates of Marietta since 2013.

Dr. Killian graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. She earned her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, Florida and completed her residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. While in residency, she won many achievements, including: the Academic Achievement Award, the Patient Satisfaction Award, and was selected by her colleagues to serve as their Educational Chief Resident after achieving back to back high scores on the national exam.

She moved her family from St. Petersburg, Florida to join OB-GYN Associates because she wanted to be a part of a group that was already well respected in the community and provides skilled, competent care. Dr. Killian excels in caring for women as they transition from adolescence, having children, and through menopause.

Dr. Killian is married and has three young children. She enjoys reading, hiking, going to concerts and attending Atlanta United soccer games with her family.

Dr. Kayla Perry-Walker (“Dr. Perry”) is an obstetrician and gynecologist at the Fayetteville and Stockbridge locations of Southern Crescent Women’s Healthcare. Dr. Perry is from Danielsville, Georgia and earned undergraduate and masters degrees from Georgia Southern University. She attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia’s UGA Partnership campus in Athens, Georgia where her graduating class selected her as their one physician classmate they would be most likely to seek out to care for themselves or their loved ones, known as the “Physician’s Physician Award.” She completed OB/GYN residency at the University of Pennsylvania’s prestigious Pennsylvania Hospital, where she received extensive training in management and delivery of high and low risk pregnancies at the busiest maternity care center in Philadelphia.

Dr. Perry is passionate about helping women plan their families and stay in control of their reproductive lives. She is an expert in all forms of contraception from natural family planning to medications, devices and surgical sterilization, but also greatly enjoys helping women who are struggling with infertility prepare for and achieve a healthy pregnancy. She has a special interest in the long term management of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and all of its complications including infertility, menstrual irregularities, weight and metabolic changes, acne and abnormal hair growth. Dr. Perry sees patients of all ages from preteens and teens navigating difficult menstrual cycles to mature women dealing with the symptoms of menopause and beyond.

As a surgeon, Dr. Perry is dedicated to performing surgeries in the most minimally invasive manner that can be safely achieved for each patient.
