Dr. Jonely has primarily practiced physical therapy in the outpatient orthopedic setting where she specializes in non-operative orthopedic medicine and manual therapy, custom foot orthotics and persistent pain. She has completed advance training in manual therapy with the International Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (IAOM-US) and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.  Dr. Jonely retired her status as a certified athletic trainer, however in the past, she had numerous opportunities working with athletes at many levels of competition. She teaches course content in her areas of expertise including Management of Musculoskeletal Dysfunction I/II, and Women’s Health. Her research interests are focused on orthopedic practice management outcomes including collaborative medicine. Dr. Jonely is an active member of the APTA, AAOMPT, IAOM-US and also volunteers her clinical expertise at the Pro Bono Physical Therapy Clinic, Little Sisters of the Sacred Heart in Washington, D.C..

I graduated Howard University in 1999 with my Masters in Physical Therapy and became s certified pedorthist in 2001. My interests include biomechanics and physical movement decision-making with a focus on performance outcomes, pain reduction, and increased functional performance . All orthotic devices are designed and fabricated by me and are specific to your needs. All physical therapy services are provided by me personally to achieve and maintain the highest quality of care.
