Dr. Messina & Associates provides evidence-based psychological and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, and couples in Southlake, Texas, and Flower Mound, Texas, along with the surrounding areas, such as Argyle, Colleyville, Coppell, Copper Canyon, Grapevine, Highland Village, Keller, Lewisville, Trophy Club, and Westlake. The team of clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, and counselors are proud to offer comprehensive, individualized, and compassionate care.

The team at Dr. Messina & Associates utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and medication management to treat a variety of problems, such as anxiety, depression, phobias, insomnia, panic disorders, OCD, ADHD, and child behavior problems like oppositional defiant disorder.

Dr. Messina & Associates also provides psychological testing and evaluation for a variety of issues, including ADHD, IQ, autism spectrum disorder, as well as academic, mood, and personality problems. The team also offers individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
