FemGYN: For Her Wellness

FemGYN: For Her Wellness is a Walk-In GYN Urgent Care Center. Located in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn, New York. Fayez Guirguis, MD, and his team at FemGYN: For Her Wellness provide care to women who can’t get an appointment with their gynecologist, who are in between providers, or without health insurance. The office offers walk-in appointments and has extended evening and weekend hours to fit busy schedules.

FemGYN: For Her Wellness is a full-service practice and specializes in the acute management of specific health conditions that affect women, including urinary tract infections, vaginal infections, abnormal bleeding, and pelvic pain. The team also provides confidential testing for sexually transmitted diseases.

FemGYN: For Her Wellness also offers annual gynecological exams and Pap tests, as well as urgent treatment for women experiencing bleeding during their first trimester of pregnancy. Birth control prescriptions are also available.

The team coordinates care with a patient’s regular gynecologist, including the sharing of tests and recommendations, to ensure continuity of medical services and care.

Dr. Guirguis has been providing OB/GYN services in Brooklyn for over 38 years and opened FemGYN: For Her Wellness because noticed over time that many women were waiting weeks in discomfort for minor, yet urgent gynecological matters.
