More Than Medical Wellness is an adult primary care practice located in Las Vegas, Nevada where patients have an opportunity to take a different approach to health and wellness. The team acknowledges and embraces the concept that living well means more than just an occasional check-up or sick visit.
The practice is founded on the belief that living one’s best life means integrating health and wellness into everyday actions. More Than Medical Wellness is dedicated to partnering and guiding those in their care on leveraging advancements in technology and holistic medicine.
More Than Wellness offers comprehensive and customized annual physicals that use a functional medicine approach focused on disease prevention and, when needed, disease management. Treatments like bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, IV therapies, and detox therapies offer the chance to feel better in everyday life.
We believe in a foundational concept that “food is medicine”. Nutrition and wellness counseling are also a central part of the practice. Empowering patients to fuel their bodies as efficiently and effectively as possible is a great place to begin a new approach to overall health. Learning techniques to manage stress, enhance sleep quality, and achieve better balance is imperative for overall wellness.

Maria is great, she really takes the time to get to know her patients. She works with you to figure out what is medically going on and helps ease any worries you may have. She does the work, there truly are not enough providers out there anymore that will spend the time with you and really try to help. She does help, and does want what's best for her patients.
I am a new patient and I was very excited to meet this doctor. I have some severe pain issues and Maria has some solutions that I'm really looking forward to. I feel like she is really great at curing issues through natural remedies vs pushing medication and surgery....which is very important to my wife and I.
