The staff is great and Brandy is a very caring person and is thourough and very caring to the medical concerns with the patient. Reception was quick and very pleasant. I only waited about 5 minutes before getting called back. Nurse took vitals and assisted me to exam room and in less than 10 minutes my provider came in to see me. In the 10 minute wait I received my flu shot. All the staff very pleasant and very efficient.

Great staff from the time you walk in the door. Check in and then when you get to the back you get prescreened and then you get your doctor and do what needs to be done., that's it. Most friendly and courteous staff that I have ever dealt with.

I was glad I did not have to wait more than a few minutes. The new patient paperwork was easy and fast. My needed meds were addressed and called in to pharmacy. The PA and Dr. Mount astle were thorough with my medical history and addressed all needs I had one by one in a timely manner and was in and out at a reasonable time. Great visit
