About Us

Praxis Physical Therapy is a state-of-the-art facility located in Vernon Hills, Illinois, treating athletes, weekend warriors, and workers’ compensation patients. The experienced physical therapists hold doctorate degrees and customize treatment for each patient, delivering one-on-one, hands-on physical therapy sessions.

The practice is committed to helping everyone reach their highest physical potential and goals, whether they wish to get stronger, move faster or better, or make a full recovery from surgery or injury.

People visit Praxis Physical Therapy for pre-surgery, post-surgery, and conservative treatments for a wide variety of orthopedic issues including, knee pain, hip pain, back pain, and neck pain.

On-site equipment includes Schwinn AirDyne® stationary bikes, treadmills, stairclimber, free weights, resistance equipment, and a Biodex® machine. Praxis Physical Therapy also offers an open space for functional drills, along with special equipment and set-ups for athletes, including runners, gymnasts, cheerleaders, and dancers, and soccer, volleyball, football, and baseball players.
