Founded in Ithaca, New York, Executive Director Dr. Katherine Durrant, DSW, LCSW, slowly expanded her trusted team to open offices in Binghamton, Orchard Park, and Saratoga Springs. Dr. Durrant provides psychotherapy and clinical supervision alongside a growing team of licensed clinical social work therapists, drug and alcohol counselors, and coaches who are certified in nutrition and other specialties.
The Whole Wellness Counseling team evaluates and treats each person using a holistic approach. Whole Wellness therapists utilize evidence-based assessments and therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to treat mental health disorders. Counselors also consider every aspect of the system impacting each person's mental health, physical, social, spiritual, and occupational well-being.
