Dr. Johnson was absolutely wonderful. She immediately put me at ease as a new patient, and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She is trustworthy and I am happy to call her my provider. However, I was disappointed bShow morey the processes of the office. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to my new patient appointment, which I had no problem doing. In fact, I arrived 20 minutes early to insure I gave the practice plenty of time. However, my appointment was at 2:00, and I was not called back until 3:20. Therefore, I waited an hour and 40 minutes in total. I was very disheartened to wait so long. It was frustrating to see so many others come in and go before me while I waited.

Alejandro Peña, MD, brings more than 20 years of experience as an OB/GYN to his patients. He has given expert obstetric and gynecological care since 2010 at The Women’s Center, which has multiple locations in Orlando, St. Cloud, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, Ocoee, Winter Park and Celebration, Florida. Dr. Peña is also fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Peña provides annual exams, general consultations, and treatment for conditions, such as pelvic pain, abnormal pap smears, and irregular bleeding. He also performs a range of in-office and outpatient minimally invasive surgical procedures.
Dr. Peña’s skills in medicine grew out of his passion for science. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Miami. He then went on to earn his doctorate in medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansa City, Kansas. He completed his postgraduate training at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, Florida, with a residency in obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Pena sees patients at The Women’s Center in our St. Cloud, Hunter’s Creek and downtown Orlando locations.

Elaine was awesome. Always nerve racking when changing Obgyns, but she and the rest of the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
Elaine was amazing!! I'll be back because of her! The staff was ok, but no attentions who came first! I had to wait to wait one hour and half, because they just forgot that I was there waiting!!
She was INCREDIBLE! Took her time with me. Explained everything. This was the first pap smear that I didn’t leave spotting afterwards. I barely felt it! I highly recommend Elaine Arago!

Elaine was very personable and she made it a more comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend her. Although the office was extremely busy, I was seen at my scheduled appointment time. The only critique I would provide is to get another billing/scheduling person to assist Allison. She is a very good employee, but I had to wait in line to check out longer than my appointment with Elaine was.
Ms. Arango was amazing and got my IUD out with complete ease. I was so nervous because my strings were extremely short but she got it!! Thank you Ms. Arango!
