My husband and I did NOT enjoy our first pediatric visit with our newborn baby. While the office space itself was very clean we did not enjoy our visit with the doctor/nurse at all. When we got into the room I had to change him beShow morecause he peed his diaper and the nurse said to throw it in the trash outside the office. My husband had to walk out of the office to throw away a pee diaper when there was a trash right there in the room. That was already so upsetting..Then doctor Dangond came in and the visit just felt extremely dry and rushed. I thought he would give us more information on things to look out for etc. especially being brand new parents. It didn’t feel like he was genuine at all. He used the F word once during the visit nonchalantly as well and I just thought that was unprofessional especially in a pediatrics office. Even checking out was weird..DefiniteIy not returning to this practice again. I left crying and called another pediatrics office immediately after my visit and already feel they’re a way better fit just from calling the office.
Dr Dangond is excellent! My comment which I rate 1 star is for the front desk lady who registers sick patients. This can impact service and practice in the long run. When I go there every time her manners are very poor and she doeShow mores not help or care to help sick patients and parents at all. If possible, she will deny service to something requested with an excuse, for example, change of pharmacy, and will lie about it as long as she does not have to help. She should be moved to work at another capacity that suits her better. My past visits have been extremely inconvenienced due to poor customer service by this lady.

Dr. Dangond saw my 3.5 Y/O son as a new patient as a sick visit, and took extra steps to figure out what was going on and how to treat him. After 24 hours on the right medication, my son was feeling great. Forever grateful and absolutely transferring. The staff was great too.
