Dr Dangond is excellent! My comment which I rate 1 star is for the front desk lady who registers sick patients. This can impact service and practice in the long run. When I go there every time her manners are very poor and she doeShow mores not help or care to help sick patients and parents at all. If possible, she will deny service to something requested with an excuse, for example, change of pharmacy, and will lie about it as long as she does not have to help. She should be moved to work at another capacity that suits her better. My past visits have been extremely inconvenienced due to poor customer service by this lady.
Never a complaint with the Doctors in this pediatric group. After I moved I still traveled further to have them attend to my two children. Dr. Dangond's knowledge and experience is without question. He is quick and efficient tooShow more which is a plus for me. Dr. Constant is my "go to" because my daughter is very taken by her and she is very knowledgeable and competent. Her assessments are complete and has good distraction techniques for the littles to handle. Dr. Vazquez is amazing!!! She always wows me with her patience and she is thorough but quick! With the change in office location I have notice an improved wait time in the office waiting room.
