This visit was a follow up to my CO2 Fraxel procedure. I was concerned that the results would not meet my expectations since I did not have the symptoms that many patients have. Dr. Engelman assured me that healing was taking pShow morelace but the results take time and it was still too early to judge. She explained that I was having pain issues at the time of the procedure so she could not be as aggressive as she had wanted to be. She said she wanted me to be happy with the results, so she would repeat the procedure free of charge. However, she will give me an oral pain pill in addition to the numbing cream so I could tolerate the laser. I think she is a truly caring physician who wants her patients to be satisfied with their treatment and is willing to work with them to achieve satisfactory results.i

The doctor explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The nurse and assistant were also extremely informative. There was a calm , professional attitude during the procedure, making me feel at ease.

Excellent as usual Dr Bernstein as well as being an excellent surgeon and plastic surgery expert has great bedside manner and explains everything in understandable layman terms
Dr. Adar was very nice and thorough but a bit too rushed. I forgot to show him something because it distracted me. I was a little embarrassed when he walked right in the room while I was undressing and he said Don't worry I'll be undressing you anyway. He did say it kidding around. I was also a bit surprised that he removed a growth without explaining what he was going to do. I had no option to decline if I had wanted to because he was talking and working so fast.
