About Amanda Griener, MPT

Amanda Griener received her Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from Westminster College in 1992 and went on to serve as an Aviation officer in the United States Army, and Colorado and Florida National Guards. After her service, she attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and graduated with a Master's in Physical Therapy in 2001. Her original focus was in treating neuromuscular rehabilitation for patients throughout the lifespan ranging from pediatric to geriatric and continues to concentrate a large portion of her practice on treating imbalance.

Amanda enjoys the variety of challenges seen in the outpatient setting and has specialized in treating the pelvic floor. She is certified by the American Physical Therapy Association in treating pelvic floor disorders including; bladder and bowel incontinence, constipation, and pain. Amanda is one of only a few PTs in St. John's County to treat both women and men with pelvic floor dysfunction.

Amanda loves helping people cope with frustrations of temporary and sometimes permanent disability through empathy and problem-solving management specific functional limitations.  Her ultimate goal is to motivate people to make lifestyle changes that help them live to their fullest potential over their life span.
