Dr Park & staff are great. My only problem is with Vickie. My pain Dr said they need my records from Dr Park. Their office has called several times & no one has returned their call. I too never got a call back, but I did get an emShow moreail saying I had to pay $25 to get them. With the amount of money my insurance paid that office for 2 surgeries, I would think I wouldn't be charged. Everytime I have an appointment there, I am told to bring any records, xrays, CT's, etc with me. No other office has charged me for any of that.$25 is not alot to some people but we are retired & on a fixed income & we drive from Ft Worth to see the Dr.I will warn anyone I know before they go to that office.
Dr.Park is TOP notch!! He ALWAYS takes the time/attention needed to find the answers your looking for regarding your spine health, even if that might mean looking at other joints as potential causes. It's unfortunate though wheShow moren a brilliant doctor doesn't have the administrative equivalent at the font desk as the first line of contact. Cheryl was wonderful to work with, but I can't say the same for the check-in person. Her unprofessionalism was a 'head snap back' moment, and one I should have relayed to the office manager, because Dr. Park is such an outstanding physician.
Dr. Andrew Park is a physician with a sense of balance and purpose in almost any situation. Dr. Andrew Park graduated with his medical degree from Northwestern University in 1997 and completed his residency at Rush Presbyterian, St. Luke's Medical Center, Chicago, IL in 2002. His spine fellowship was completed in 2003 at Emory University Spine Center and he is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Park founded the only spine fellowship program based in Dallas and was recognized by the North American Spine Society. He proudly serves as Fellowship Director for the Dallas Spine Fellowship Program. Dr. Park has been named one of the top 100 Spine Surgeons and Specialists in America by Becker’s Orthopedic, Spine, and Pain Management Review.
In addition to teaching other surgeons at various seminars and symposiums, he has published original research in numerous peer-reviewed journals with regard to orthopedic surgery and spine surgery. He has been honored as one of the "Best Doctors in Dallas" for 2016 and 2017.

Dr. Park called me personally to inquire of post spinal injection. He explained his concerns and recommendations. Very personal.
Dr. Park is great. Excellent relations with patients. Answers questions, is not rushed, and makes sure I'm comfortable and understand all the steps in the process (for me a herniated disc). The office staff is also great. Any medical questions I called in were answered the same day. Billing questions were handled the same way. Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Park and the office.

Dr. Park is wonderful! I was essentially bed-ridden and struggled with getting my local ortho to take me seriously so my boss, another patient of Dr. Park, connected me with him. Dr. Park had a pretty good idea of what was going on with my back after talking to me on the phone for a few minutes, and my MRI confirmed exactly what he said. They got me in for surgery very quickly and when I woke up from the procedure my pain was gone. I feel like I have my life back!
I would definitely recommend Dr. Park. My experience was positive, successful, and his explanations were easy to understand.

I saw Dr. Park after 5 months of horrible low back pain and trying conservative treatment. I’m 2 weeks post op today and feeling much better after surgery. I have total trust in him and what he’s done for me. Looking forward to getting better and better.
Wait was too long but time with Dr. Park was great! He was very kind, explained my situation and had a plan to help me.
His PAs were very thorough. They explained everything and were genuinely interested in me as a person and patient.
