Ashley is really nice. I appreciate that she is willing to make appointments to something to talk about anxieties and what to do and scenarios of starting a new medication. I have only had a couple of appointments, but I do like hShow moreer and think she’s not one of those doctors who will just write A prescription without hearing out how you’re feeling. Her advice and conversation wow starting my new medication has definitely helped with anxiety as I had about taking them. Great start to treatment plan
My provider, Ashley Dennis, was not equipped to handle a patient in an unstable state, or one experiencing a state of mania. She become increasingly impatient and frustrated with how anxious and manic this very personal conversatiShow moreon was making me, and then gave up and referred me to another clinic. I felt misunderstood, unheard, and belittled by this mental health professional. I do not recommend her. She will not meet you at your level. Also, there are some issues with the telemedicine system.

Ashley was present, friendly, caring and competent. She took a long time to gather my history and then more time to talk about treatment options. I appreciate how supportive she is.
I have found Bridge City to be a practice with friendly, accommodating staff and dedicated practitioners who competently and genuinely care for their patients.
Don't waste your time.
Dr. Dennis has made me feel comfortable and welcome. I would strongly recommend her to those seeking care. Patient and knowledgeable.

I was very comfortable with Ashley. She has a real care about ME unlike the one before her that made me feel rushed and was NOT personable. Ashley listened to what I had to say & responded with great ideas that cater to me. I'm very comfortable with her.
I have a lot of medical conditions and mental health diagnoses. In the past most mental health prescribers have either been noticeably intimidated by the complexity of my situation, or have been dismissive of it and weirdly unconcerned about prescribing meds that could aggravate another health condition. I felt Ashley Dennis took all my health concerns seriously, and also seemed confident about managing my medication. Her demeanor was compassionate & straightforward. Recommend.
Ashley Dennis has far exceeded my expectations. In a world where mental health still feels so stigmatized and understanding seems difficult to come by, Ashley made me feel seen and validated on my first visit. It’s apparent that she is compassionate and genuinely cares about helping people. I am thoroughly impressed with Bridge City Family Medical Clinic, and I will most definitely be continuing care here.
Ashley is amazing. She has helped me when I was at my lowest, thoughts of suicide and not being present for my children, and has got me to the point that I’m happy, healthy and a good mom again. My kids cried the first day I had a meal with them and spent the day playing with them. Ashley has changed my life for the better. I am so grateful for her and am excited to continue to get better. Thank you Ashley!
