Today upon leaving the office my car was blocked by an employee car. I came back in and asked to have it moved. One young lady said someone would be right out. I waited outside. I had a 12:30 dr appointment at my Smithtown cardiolShow moreogist office. I came back inside after almost 10 minutes and now two people were in the front office. I was upset and told this other woman I needed the car moved right away as i had a doctor appointment and she laughed at me and said “ it’s okay “ and i said “no its not my doctor will be waiting Now, Because I'm going to be over 10 minutes late. She dismissed me and i left there fuming mad. It is irresponsible to park behind patients. That snarky woman should be fired.

Was super kind & pleasant and they made me feel very comfortable; Dr. Chase was very sweet and very kind. He toShow moreok his time with me and explained in details about my report. I had a much better understanding. He was very patient and I never felt rushed. He reassured me he’ll do his best to help me feel better. I’m trusting in him and I have no doubts that he’ll do just that. My only regret is. Not finding him sooner.

With over 40 years of experience, Dr. Chase is well-recognized in the field of dental sleep care. Throughout his career, Dr. Chase has continued to pursue the latest innovations in dental sleep medicine to deliver the highest quality of care to his patients. Dr. Chase has dedicated his practice to the treatment of sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) and temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD).
Dr. Chase attended Georgetown University Dental School in Washington DC, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery. He then went on to complete a residency in head and neck cancer studies at Howard University Dental School, also in Washington DC. He continued furthering his education in head and neck cancer and oral appliance therapy for post-surgical cancer patients at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.
Outside the office, Dr. Chase maintains an interest in the field of dental sleep medicine. He is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the American Dental Association, and the New York State Sleep Society.

The dental assistant who helped me with my re-positioner was pleasant and efficient. The little contact I had the dentist was a bit distant and lacking pleasantries. I’ve been coming here for about three years for my sleep apnea appliance, and they are efficient and knowledgeable.

Dr.Chase was very patient and attentive to my concerns. He listened without interrupting my explanation of a symptoms and the progression. He also assured me that he will figure out what’s happening and that in itself made me feel very hopeful. He then enlisted the opinion of Dr.Samadi who is a dentist to give her pov as I believed Invisalign contributed to my case. They were able to diagnose and I’m now awaiting an orthodic.

The front staff and Dr. Chases’ assistant. They were friendly, kind and explained everything. Dr. Chase was outstanding. He took the time to explain our report results and the meaning of the numbers. He was very thorough in explaining how the airway is obstructed and how the appliance will assist. Highly recommend him. Plus, he has a great sense of humor!
