Only 4 stars because I was not made aware before my 11am appointment that the Dr would be late. An hour and a half later, the appointment went well and I felt like the Dr listened and provided a good starting pathway.

About Dr. Bhaskar Raju, MD
Drawing on expert training, extensive experience, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach, Bhaskar Raju, MD, serves as the medical director of Orlando Psychiatric Associates. He has cared for patients in the communities of Lake Mary, Kissimmee, Ocoee, Lakeland, and Orlando, Florida, since he opened the practice in 2005.
Dr. Raju’s special interests and clinical expertise include the care and treatment of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disorders, autistic spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, stress, marital dysfunction, substance abuse, anxiety disorder, and schizophrenia.
After earning his medical degree from the prestigious Sri Venkateswara University in Tirupati, India, Dr. Raju completed the psychiatry residency program at the Hennepin County Medical Center affiliated with the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Following his residency, Dr. Raju was selected for a fellowship in child and adolescent psychology at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.

It was good except for being told that there is a long waiting list for a psychiatrist and without counseling I really can't get better. The meds help, but that's only half of what I need to learn how to cope with my disabilities.

Esther Okofansi was very nice and listened to my concerns with an open mind. She ask appropriate questions and took the time to explain in detail, next steps etc. only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was the wait time on telemedicine as I waited approx. 30min. for my appointment to start from my original appointment time.
Good services
The Lady that calls to collect payment is always FABULOUS!!! I feel horrible that I can’t remember her name. She goes above and beyond. And Donna is THE BEST Doctor I’ve ever had. She listens and asks questions to make sure any meds are doing what they are supposed to do. I can’t say enough about Donna and her medical care. Wonderful people.
