The Springfield location is amazing. They understand my schedule and have been more than reasonable with their flexibility. I transferred to this location from their unresponsive Woodbridge location. My daughter LOVES the staff atShow more the Springfield location and I love them, too! Big shout out to their office manager who has listened to issues I had with the previous location and did what she could to address them on my behalf. Thank you, Justin for being so kind and going above and beyond. Thanks to all the doctors that are patient and take the time to actually help me understand my daughter’s health so that I can make the best informed decisions for my child. Thank you, Springfield location.
In and out quickly this visit and no wait, which is not always the case. Nurses are consistently outstanding, friendly and kind. Front desk staff can be hit or miss. Last time she was shouting about how the note in the system saidShow more the mom is always late. I had already checked in. I’m sure she was referring to me. Try being a single mom of 2, working all day in Gainesville and picking up both children to make a Woodbridge appointment on time. Waiting for your older son’s late school bus. Seems hypocritical to keep patients waiting for 30 minutes plus but not give them a 10 minute grace period.
Online appointment booking not available at this location.

She is always so wonderful. She makes you feel so at ease.
I like it
Dr. Catherine was lovely. I went for a first visit with my baby and she made us comfortable and was a great listener. She is very kind and friendly. She made sure to do a thorough checkup and also gave appropriate solutions. I look forward to our more visits at the clinic.
Absolutely wonderful honestly listens to your concerns. Help With coming up with the solution. Also provide a list of recommendations of doctors if you need one.
Great doctor to go to. Our daughter was treated for ear pain and she did a wonderful job of taking care of our daughter. Thank you for your great service.
Dr. Pukatch is a very kind, caring dr, who listens and communicates with patients and parents very well. I highly recommend her!!
We’ve had a great experience at this practice. All staff is friendly, helpful, and great at answering our questions. Dr. Pukatch is great with our daughter.
We love Dr. Pukatch. By far our favorite. She’s very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr. Pukatch was great to work with as a parent and listened to us as well as our child. She encouraged our 11 y/o daughter with follow-up questions to continue speaking for herself in articulating what she meant by "not feeling well". I like seeing doctors start teaching young ones how to advocate for their own care and be a safe place for asking questions about their body and their health--and in an age-appropriate way.
Doctor Pukatch was very professional and friendly
As we are trying to figure out my son's diagnosis, Dr. Pukatch has been great following through with everything.

Very kind
Lovely and caring staff. Every nurse was so joyful and ready to assist. The doctors provided everything I needed such as referrals and dental recommendations. My follow up appointment was also scheduled without me having to do so. I was overwhelmed with kindness and emotional as I left the clinic. Wonderful staff
Great practice.

Everything on time, quicker over all satisfying service
Very caring, informative, intelligent and helpful.
Dr Pukatch went out of the way to make sure my baby is OK and she even contacted us after hours and before hours to communicate for her house and her results To be honest, it was a breath of fresh air to see a doctor that cared more than just you as a number We are more than satisfied with the care and the service that she provided for our baby
It’s been an amazing experience coming there. The staffs are super nice and helpful in every way
