The appt with Amy Duncan went great. The annoying part was the phone number you have to call and they they call you in. The receptionist wasnt very friendly and seemed overworked. I know its the protocol because of covid amd im juShow morest hoping that the front desk experience improves because it kind of sets the tone for the rest of the visit. Amy Duncan was great!
As always, the team was great, and NP Duncan is so understanding and attentive, which is rare these days. She was thorough, offered excellent suggestions, and even referred for second opinion so that I would feel comfortable with Show morethe diagnosis. Ms. Duncan is so professional and allows you to verbalize your childs needs. So far she has addressed every concern we have had when it comes to ny daughter. Really happy with the care she gives.
The employees are so easy and sweet with my child. Dr Duncan played with and listened to our issues and ha e worked hard trying different resolutions for the issue. I would defiantly recommend this location, employees and dr.
