I had a cracked tooth which needed a crown. The procedure was absolutely painless! Dr. Roach explained everything he was doing and was very concerned about my comfort level. Free nitrous gas sure helped in that dept.! The best paShow morert is that they have a lab on the premises of which they sent a digital impression of my tooth and in 45 min he was placing my new crown in my mouth! No need to leave with a temporary and then have to come back when the crown comes arrives from an independant lab.

The day of my appointment was a very pleasant and positive experience. Assistant Kristina was so niShow morece and helpful in explaining everything and was very thorough. Dr Roach was very personable and made sure to answer any questions that I had. I am so happy to find such a great dental practice. I will be coming back for all appointments and recommend RR dentistry to everyone.
Cory Roach, DDS, specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of oral health conditions. As a dentist at RR Dentistry in Georgetown, Texas, Dr. Roach is committed to delivering the highest quality of care and attention available to his patients.
Dr. Roach received his bachelor's degree in biology at Sonoma State University in Sonoma State, California. After graduating, he and his wife, Lindsay, moved to San Antonio, Texas, to attend the University of Texas Health Science Center. After graduating from the university in 2007, Dr. Roach worked as an associate there for three years.
He has completed numerous hours of post-graduate training in cosmetic dentistry, occlusion, implant prosthetic dentistry, orthodontics, and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
In 2007, Dr. Roach relocated his family to Georgetown, Texas, and purchased a dental office in Killeen, Texas. In 2012, he joined the team at RR Dentistry full-time as a partner.
Dr. Roach is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and his local chapter of the Seattle Study Club.
Away from the practice, Dr. Roach spends his spare time with projects and outdoor activities on the small hobby farm he lives on with his wife and four children. He is also an active member of Celebration Church in Georgetown, Texas.

While my experience with this practice has been brief, I anticipate a long relationship with them. From the front desk to the Dr. himself everything was stellar. I enjoyed his humming of a song that we had sung in church the previous Sunday. His report to me was about what I expected. I'm reassured about moving forward under his care.
The best and friendliest dentist I’ve ever had. He is professional and thorough and gives you options for your budget. Love that he hums and sings along to the music. Puts me at ease. The whole practice is friendly and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Roach is very thorough and easy to talk to. I have never been to a dentist who does such an extensive examination and gives such a clear explanation of the results of his exam. The office staff are very nice and helpful as well. Their facility is quite impressive, too. Clearly, the absolute best dental office I have ever been to - in California or in Texas.

I've been coming here since I was a child, they're the best dentists I've ever gone too. For a period of time when I moved away, I tried a few others, but none of them compared. I drive over 2 hours to get to this dental office, and it's worth it.
Dr. Roach and his entire staff provided me with an excellent and comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend them!
Overall, it was an excellent experience. Dr. Roach and his staff were amazingly caring during the entire process. One critique, I would say more attention needs to be spent on the proper amount of sedation medication prior to the procedure- it felt like an afterthought.

Have a chipped too that needed patching until a permanent solution, a cap, can be placed. The patch fell out while eating crackers last night.

Of course it was rather painful, but the team stayed dedicated to the task to get it done asap. Dr. Roach told me he would give me more anesthetic should my pain become unbearable. Everyone was kind and concerned for my well being.
