Ms. Lambert was prompt, professional, efficient and thoroughly. She conducted the screening session with warmth and gave me a good sense of how our session would proceed. The only issue I had was the platform was a little choppyShow more. I lost transmission of sound during some areas of intake. That reflects Tebra, not the service that Ms. Lambert provided.
