About Dr. David Tran, DPM
Podiatrist Dr. David Tran received his B.S. and his dual B.A. degrees from San Francisco State University before entering and graduating from the California College of Podiatric Medicine where he received both his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree as well as his MS Degree in Medical Education. Dr. Tran completed his Residency training from St. Mary’s Medical Center before entering private practice and academia in 2001. Dr. Tran is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) as well as the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry (ABMSP).
Dr. Tran is current faculty with the California School of Podiatric Medicine (CSPM) at Samuel Merritt University, he is also Associate Director of Admission and Director of Graduate Placement for the program.
Dr. Tran is active and has served his professional organization in numerous capacities such as to the House of Delegates of the California Podiatric Medical Association, being a past President of the San Francisco/San Mateo Podiatric Medical Society and past President of the Alumni & Associates of CSPM.
Dr. Tran’s passion is to keep his patients active and mobile and to address patient’s medical conditions targeted to patient’s goals and aspirations whether that be conservative or surgical. In his spare time, he is a big fan of the superheroes of the DC and Marvel Universe.

Loved Dr. McNeil. Very upbeat and direct. My foot pain is still there, but she gave great strategies to reduce it. I think the front desk and techs are nice but may need more training or maybe the docs and techs need to develop strategies to work together more smoothly.
Dr. McNeil has taken ideal care of me from day one with an upbeat attitude and persistent dedication to relieving a long standing condition. 10/10 would recommend.

Always a pleasure to be under Dr. Jacka's care, and I particularly enjoy the paintings on the walls. I don't enjoy the old building where he is housed, which is difficult to enter without the doors closing on me, and I can't move fast enough to prevent being hit by them. Also, the toilet is broken in the office and the public bathroom is too far away to go upstairs.

Dr. Kim is very attentive and focused. He explained my issue well and offered more than one option for treatment.
Dr. McNeil was great: she didn’t rush, explained everything thoroughly, and she is very knowledgeable. Her assistant Natalia was also great. I definitely recommend Dr McNeil and her practice.
