Dr. Johnson was absolutely wonderful. She immediately put me at ease as a new patient, and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She is trustworthy and I am happy to call her my provider. However, I was disappointed bShow morey the processes of the office. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to my new patient appointment, which I had no problem doing. In fact, I arrived 20 minutes early to insure I gave the practice plenty of time. However, my appointment was at 2:00, and I was not called back until 3:20. Therefore, I waited an hour and 40 minutes in total. I was very disheartened to wait so long. It was frustrating to see so many others come in and go before me while I waited.

Grace Sarvotham, MD, brings more than 35 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology to The Women’s Center, which has multiple locations in Orlando, St. Cloud, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, Ocoee, Winter Park and Celebration, Florida.
Before she joined The Women’s Center in 2018, Dr. Sarvotham maintained a robust private practice. She is known in the community of Altamonte Springs for her knowledgeable, caring bedside manner. Dr. Sarvotham builds long-term relationships with patients, some of which have lasted for decades.
Dr. Sarvotham received her medical degree from Gandi Medical College in Hyperbad, India, one of the oldest and most prestigious medical schools in the country. She came to the United States for her internship at Perth Amboy General Hospital in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, and she completed her residency at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey.

Dr. Sarvotham is a compassionate doctor. Being in the business as long as she has, some doctors become immune and desensitized to patients and their concerns or needs. Dr. Sarvotham is kind, caring and patient. She really listens and suggests what she truly feels is beneficial to the patient she is in front of. She does not promote medication unless absolutely necessary, and believes in a natural approach to treatment. Her staff is great and the fact that they now offer onsite mammograms same day as annual visits once scheduled makes it very convenient. I highly recommend this practice for OB/GYN needs!

Elaine was awesome. Always nerve racking when changing Obgyns, but she and the rest of the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
Elaine was amazing!! I'll be back because of her! The staff was ok, but no attentions who came first! I had to wait to wait one hour and half, because they just forgot that I was there waiting!!
She was INCREDIBLE! Took her time with me. Explained everything. This was the first pap smear that I didn’t leave spotting afterwards. I barely felt it! I highly recommend Elaine Arago!
Staff was kind & curious. Their office setting is quiet & calm. The check in process - pre-registration was smooth & seamless. Upon arrival, they were quick, got me back, reviewed my history, went over new issues and quickly gave suggestions & resolve making me feel better immediately by the doctor. Did the exam and I was in and out. But felt like Dr. Sarvotham took time and cared. I did not feel like a number. Thank you.

Elaine was very personable and she made it a more comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend her. Although the office was extremely busy, I was seen at my scheduled appointment time. The only critique I would provide is to get another billing/scheduling person to assist Allison. She is a very good employee, but I had to wait in line to check out longer than my appointment with Elaine was.
Ms. Arango was amazing and got my IUD out with complete ease. I was so nervous because my strings were extremely short but she got it!! Thank you Ms. Arango!
