Worst experience of my entire life !!! I was referred for 2 extractions. When they sat me down they didn't ask if I was breastfeeding ..which I am.. they didn't ask if I was allergic to any medication which I am (penicillin) the dShow moreentist comes in takes the numbing gel rubs it on both teeth and immediately starts STABBING ME with the novacane in my gums. The dental assistant and dentist both weren't saying much of anything. After he stabbed me with the numbing he IMMEDIATLEY STARTS RIPPING OUT MY WISDOM TOOTH THAT WAS PARTIALLY BROKEN. He didn't wait at all for the numbing to kick in or test to see if I could feel anything! Which I could!! I start yelling because it hurts extremely bad because he didn't wait for the numbing to do its job and the dental assistant says YOU HAVE TO TRY NOT YELL! I then begin shaking and crying and the dentist says do you still feel that.. I say yes and he says ok this going to hurt but I'm going to have to numb you more and starts stabbing me in the roof of my mouth! I was so shocked up by this experience that I had to wait to drive away because I was shaking so badly. Dr. Chi was extremely rough and not friendly at all!! I'm 33 years old and have never experienced such trauma like what I was put through at this dental office !!! If you go here DON NOT GET DR CHI! I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD !!!!!
There isn’t a word worthy enough to describe how wonderful Dr Chi is. Having been to a handful of dental offices I must say that every single staff member I have come across has met me with such positive, sincere care. Malia went Show moreout of her way to explain every step of the financial breakdown for my surgery. When I told her I had lost confidence in my smile and I can’t wait to get it back as I filling out my paperwork, she looked at me and said, “That right there is why I work in the dental industry” I can’t recommend University Place Smiles more. I was really scared initially since I have done crowning and my doctor is in India. Doctor gave me confidence to undergo the procedure by easing my tension. He explained us thoroughly. There was also a male assistant along with doctor during deep cleaning. He was really helpful and made me comfortable through out the process. I would rate 5 for both doctor and the male assistant

Didn’t have to wait long to get in Very thorough cleaning They didn’t do X-rays which we felt they should what the insurance would have paid for since this was his 6 month check up.
I had an enjoyable and comfortable experience during my cleaning. Emily and Michelle were both very kind and knowledgeable and I will happily be coming here for future dental work. :)
My experience was actually very good considering I was having an extraction! Everyone was very kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process!
Dentist was professional, but I’ve been going to Rainier Dental for over 8 years and they are constantly getting new dentist. Some are good and some are not, but there are always new ones when I come in for my routine cleaning. The only reason I go back is my hygienist does a great job.
Was able to get in same day for an issue. The Dr was great. Explained everything to me so I would understand what's next. Highly recommend Rainer Dental.

Let's face it No one wants to see a Dentist. But that's because you haven't been to the University Smiles Clinic. Not only is the staff helpful and knowledgeable but when you have to have a Bunch of teeth pulled, like I did, and there is NO PAIN from start through the healing process, that is Wonderful, I mean NO Pain at all, I would Highly recommend this Dentist to my Family and Friends. GREAT TEAM of Dentist's, THANK YOU!!!

DR HAN WAS EXCELLENT IN EVER ASPECT OF MY ROOT CANAL PROCEDURE TODAY. THE ANESTHESIA WAS PERFECT, I DIDN'T FEEL A THING. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED WITH THE SPEED AT WHICH HE AND HIS ASSISTANTS WORK. THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED WITH MY LEVEL OF COMFORT AT ALL TIMES AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. I GIVE THEM 5 STARS ACCROSS THE BOARD!!! PATRICK FAY
