After many years with my doctor, he has retired, and I needed someone new. This time I decided I would ask to see a woman to discuss some problems I felt easier to talk about with a stranger who was also a woman. I cannot say enouShow moregh about how at ease I was. From the minute Dr. Hungerford walked into the room, I was put at ease. She listened, and asked questions about me. I feel a trust in her, and hopefully a long doctor/patient relationship in the future.
I have been going to The Association for Women's Healthcare for about 5 years now and have not been disappointed. I have seen multiple doctor's as my original doctor moved away. Everyone has been extremely friendly and makes the eShow morexperience as comfortable as possible. The only reason I gave this review 4 stars is I typically have to wait close to 45 minutes to see a doctor every time I have an appointment. This makes getting away from work and back difficult in the middle of the day.
Heather Dillavou, PT, MS, is a physical therapist with over 25 years of experience specializing in the treatment of pelvic health issues. Heather brings her expertise to The Association for Women's Health Care, Ltd. in Chicago and Northbrook, Illinois, where she works to help her patients address their problems fully with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
Heather attended Saint Louis University in Missouri, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She went on to complete her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in Australia. An avid learner, Heather has completed numerous courses related to her field and continues to be up to date in her specialty.

I really liked my visit with Dr. Chang. She took the time to listen and answer all my questions. Never did I feel rushed or judged during my visit.
Dr Chang took me in very last minute when many doctor offices did not accept me because I was too late into my pregnancy. I saw Dr Chang on Monday and she spent time with me and followed up with me and wanted me to return that same week. I went into labor 3 days later. Great experience!
