If I could rate this office 10 stars, I would. The experience I've had was wonderful from start to finish. The portal was easy to use to load my medical history. Once I arrived, I was taken back immediately. Everyone was beyonShow mored friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Turner came in and started getting to know me. She was knowledgeable and very gentle. I needed a follow up Ultrasound and she and her staff reworked the schedule in order to get me in same day. The office is equipped with the medical equipment for imaging and bloodwork, so I didn't have to go to a second location and repeat the whole check-in process again. I was extremely nervous, and not having to wait weeks on end for answers, really made a huge difference in my life. The office itself is spacious, with multiple waiting rooms, so it was easy to socially distance. Since I was a new patient, I had to wait about a month to get in. It was WELL worth it! Thank you to everyone on this wonderful team!!
I was satisfied with Dr. Harris’ response to my crisis. I asked the aid who got me checked in if I could have some water as I was very upset and she said they didn’t have any. Then when she was asking me sensitive questions (date Show moreof last period and how many miscarriages I’d had) I would answer and she would challenge me. Then she would offer her corrected answer which was the same that I had previously stated. Also, Dr. Harris was examining me at length which was painful and I did not know what she was doing. I wish she would have informed me. Another suggestion is that when a patient is having a miscarriage and is very emotional, there should be a private room she could wait it. I was sitting in the waiting rooms hysterical with all of these pregnant woman, which wasn’t good for me or them. Lastly, I have been in so much pain over the weekend with this miscarriage and have no pain medication.

I would like to just say all the doctors that I have seen over the years that I’ve been coming to. This clinic has been genuine, kind, helpful, and respectful and understanding and very nice to me but the one that I seen today. Dr. Heather, she was extremely amazing. I am so happy that I was able to be her patient today I would love to see her again and again and again she was the nicest person I have met in that field in a long time. Kindness goes a long way she put a smile on my face when I left and a reinsurance in my heart so I just would like to say thank you thank you for your kindness and Karen and consideration, and also I want to thank you for telling me tips that I didn’t know about. Great doctor!
I was seven years overdue for a yearly pap. Had some other concerns to address. She came in did my pap and hastily said she was going to look for my recent mammogram report and left the room. Then a nurse came in and gave me a folder to check out. I explained that I had questions and was then left to wait for the nurse to return with a handout and told I’d have to make another appointment . Seems she’s too busy to complete simple patient care. I left feeling like a number and copay
Dr. Turner came in with a smile and greeted me personally. It has been a while since she has seen me; so she asked many questions about my current gynecological condition and the history of my past few years. Dr. Turner was also attentive to the fact that I have been dealing with a lot of stress and grief the past few months due to my dad’s passing and being over my mothers care. My hormones, weight gain and menopausal symptoms all play a part of where I am right now. Dr. Turner suggested getting a clear picture with bloodwork and encouraged me to get counseling or a good book on making time to grieve. I will see her in two weeks and I am so thankful she took her time to assess my personal and physical health issues. You can tell Dr. Turner loves what she does and cares about her people!! I really liked, if you can like a gyno visit, my visit. It has been many, many years since my last visit and I was not berated or made to feel bad for not having had yearly exams. Dr. Turner was professional in a very personal way during the entire visit. She asked her questions and answered mine and then took care of my wellness visit in a very proficient and caring way, explaining as she went through the process. We talked about the tests and I was prescribed meds that I needed. I very much liked that the entire visit took around an hour if not less. I will definitely keep up my yearly visits as long as Dr. Turner will see me, and here at SCHWH. Also, the front desk nurse and other nurses were friendly and professional as well. Dr. Turner is a wonderful doctor. She listens to your concerns and thoughts and has a great bedside manner. She is very knowledgeable and has been great thru my pregnancy, post-partum and now as my general gynecologist.

Dr. Turner listened to all of my concerns and validated my feelings. She was so kind and such a professional. I considered leaving due to a previous negative experience, but Dr. Turner definitely helped to change my mind. I trust her and appreciate her care and concern.
