About Dr. Hope Langer, MD
Dr. Langer is an American Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist who has over 28 years of experience working in OB/GYN private practice on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Dr. Langer completed her medical degree from Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine and completed her residency at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital center for both Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Langer specializes in labor and delivery, pre-eclampsia, cesarean birth, miscarriages, and all things related to pre- and post-pregnancy. She is also an expert in infertility, cancer prevention and diagnostics.
Her passion for delivering babies and devotion to her patients has lead her to become one of the top obstetricians and gynecologists in Manhattan.
Dr. Langer will be seeing patients in our West 68th Street Manhattan location and delivering babies at Mount Sinai West Hospital.

The experience was generally very good. However one aspect bothered me. My appointment ended up being with a Nurse Practitioner. This was a surprize that I only found out about when I was there. I had scheduled the appointment with Dr. Kim. I was called several times to confirm and there was no call or mention of the substitution at anytime prior to the appointment or when I checked in. There was a note on the reception counter that Dr. Kim is working out of a different office. This was obviously not an emergency cancelation or last minute change. It would have been good to have been told of this ahead.
Great experience. I was very nervous and anxious and she talked me through it. I greatly appreciated that.

It was my first experience with Dr McLean. Unfortunately I did not have the chance to meet her, although the nurses and front desk personnel were very friendly, attentive and courteous. I hope Dr McLean will be present during my next appointment.
The staff is wonderful and very friendly Dr. McLean is amazing she takes the time to listen to you and answers any questions you may have. You do not feel rushed at all.

The doctor and entire staff were warm, welcoming and efficient. In particular, Dr. McLean has excellent bedside manner and was extremely attentive, yet efficient.

Dr. McLean is very jolly! She always give that flashy smiling eyes. She’s very honest if results are well or not. Most importantly, she’s on time; at times she’ll meet you even ahead of schedule.
