Great experience. Went in needing a new PCP for my chronic hypertension with no insurance. The staff told me the expected out of pocket costs. I paid ahead of time at the front desk, did new patient paperwork and was sent to the bShow moreack 2 minutes BEFORE my appointment time. I hadn’t even finished the paperwork yet… it was too fast! Thinking I’d have plenty of time to do in the back, but again was surprised at how fast they got my vitals and weight, then seated me in my room. This was a quick trip into my room but the real time was spent with the FNP. Never felt rushed or even impatient, it was a quality visit. Thank you, I’ve found a new FNP with Ms. Pierce.
Dr. Sanjana is absolutely wonderful, but the front desk personnel do not make it easy to recomend this office. I called and spoke to various receptionists SIX times today, asking them to email me the link to see my lab results. EaShow morech time I called, they gave me a different excuse. And still, the link has not arrived. For the past hour, I have called the office repeatedly (8 times!) to no avail--they don't answer, the nurse's voicemail box is full, and when i attempted to leave a message with scheduling, i was cut off mid-recording. This is very frustrating and does not make for a good first impression.

Everyone was very courteous and pleasant however the doctor forgot to go over my sleep study and when I asked the front desk to ask him before I left they said they were in the exam rooms and would ask him and call me back but I never got a call back
