I love to see helpful staff in our community. They are there Tom provide a service but to also help and educate our Latin community. Front office staff, X-ray tech, nurses, and the PA were friendly. The PA spoke to my grandfather,Show more something a lot of people no longer do because of his age. Andrew saw him, listened and interacted with him even when grandpa could not respond or didn’t understand. That is how care should be delivered. Thank you
My mother was in bad lower bk pain for 6 months but between referral delays, colds among other things finally we were able to go to the Orthopedic Dr. He didn't see my mother but his PA took good care of her. He was young, very pShow moreatient, gentle and courteous. He accommodated her by speaking Spanish so she would feel more comfortable. The facilities are very clean.

The doctor is kind, but the personal in reception must consider how far we came from and some times the traffic doesn’t help in this time they let me checkin even when we arrived on time is long to see the doctor.
I feel that Andrew Chung cares about me as a patient with knee issues and addresses my concerns. He is attentive, friendly, soft spoken.
