Always friendly, and helpful, however; there is room for improvement. Messages often go unanswered on numerous occasions, and there have been times where the front desk staff were too preoccupied with non-work or patient related concerns to at least acknowledge the patient at the counter.
Dr Nocera is a wonderful, genuine, kind compassionate medical Professional. I look forward to my follow ups. Her consult is part of the miracle at work in my life. Thank you

This review is about Dr. NOCERA and for her nurse and PA that covered her July 14th 2025. Firstly, the reason my daughter sees Dr. Nocera is for her anxiety meds. For the nurse to now say Dr. Nocera doesn't believe in anxiety is disgusting. Everyone these days has anxiety. My daughter was only in to get refils, of which she never saw Nocera. She got them but then was berated by a short little man named Smith is not acceptable. He harassed my daughter about her anxiety telling her to buck up and she didnt really need them. My daughter is on a light med that helps her. Neither of these people know anything about my daughter and what makes her have migraines and anxiety. They berated her and treated her badly. Mostly that little man named Smith. He us the reason why I refused to go back after seeing him last year. He needs to be stripped of whatever license he has immediately. And how dare dr.Nocera make judgements and not prescribe medicine people need. She should also be barred from doing medicine. If that isn't her attitude towards mental health, then her Nurse should have her license permanently stripped because she is speaking for Nocera. I would highly recommend leaving this practice. These people have awful , awful attitudes toward the people their supposed to be helping.

I have nothing bad to say about the provider she was great but the billing area is where my issue is. I went in and was told that I had a $50 copay , which I proceeded to tell them that I had already met my yearly OOP and DED and therefore did not need to pay this . they told me that if I did not pay this I would not be seen . so I paid it and they said after they received payment from my ins that they would reimburse me if this was true.. well my ins paid them and it is true that I do NOT owe this, but here is where the trouble is . I tried calling them and leaving messages for the billing dept they do not call you back, I went there in person to talk to them and they said that I needed to call a 800 since they do not do the billing there, which I did . they have tried to contact this office with a ticket number that they provided me since they have to get approval from this office to reimburse me and they do NOT get a reponse from them either.. I am beyond fustracted at this point being caught up in this loop of nowwhere and I am getting ready to contact my lawyer about this ,, if this is happing to me I am sure it is happening to others ... if you get this review and want to discuss before I take more action I would love to get this resolved...

I recommend this UC to anyone! Dr. Nocera is EXCELLENT and compassionate. I like this UC because you gain a personal relationship with the doctor and it comes in handy when you can't get in to see your regular PCP quickly or until your upcoming appointment.

The best place for most medical needs is this place right here. Why go ANYWHERE else, to wait long and be treated like a number? When you come here they treat you with respect and dignity. All staff members are courteous and respectful and work together to benefit the patient. The doctors are truly one of a kind and actually take the time out to really care about your health needs, questions, and any input you may have about your personal well-being and health goals. They are all wonderful and I am truly grateful that I finally found a healthcare practice that I can trust and rely on. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME and I promise you, from first-hand experience, you will NEVER be disappointed. They really do go above and beyond.

My husband and I went to the clinic as walk in patients to do COVID test. The staff at the front desk were very professional as well as the nurse who took the COVID sample test. Dr Nosa Algbe Lebarty came and talked with us about the results which were negative. He was very friendly and professional. I was satisfied with the overall care.
