I've been seeing Joanna for a few years now. I was so grateful to have found her. I was very happy to finally have someone who listened to me and helped me with any concerns I had. When I had first started to see her she was at a Show moredifferent practice. When she left and opened her own clinic, we gladly fill her. She keeps things honest with me and actually takes time at our appointments to listen and talk to me. Joanna is kind hearted, attentive and is very dedicated to helping her patients. The receptionist and office staff are always kind and welcoming. I definitely. recommend Joanna Robertson and her staff.
Joanna has been my best mental health practitioner of my 33 years in care with so many different doctors. She is highly intelligent, intuitive and very responsive to your concerns/needs. She always discusses options with you in reShow moregards to med changes. If on a new ned, she sees you frequently to access the change. Her misdemeanor is pleasant, upbeat and positive. She never makes light of whatever situation you may be experiencing. She keeps copious notes and always reviews the status of the last session. Joanna is amazing she listens to what you say and she is very compassionate and cares about her patients. I was an EMT for a lot of years and she truly understands what I have seen and the things I have been through. I would recommend her to anyone who needs mental health support.

She was very thorough, very easy to talk too, and super super nice with a fun sense of humor. Joanna Robertson is wonderful. She is very attentive to her patients, and I LOVE the follow-up summary of what was said during our session. It's not always easy to remember everything and this follow-up summary is very helpful. I continue to have nothing but very positive experiences with the entire staff and especially Joanna!

She sends a detailed summary of each visit, which is really helpful -- no need for me to take notes during the visit.

Joanne is a wonderful person to see. She remembers all your health problems sets up testing needed cares how you feel. I've had so many health problems over the last ,20 years and honestly have only met maybe 3 or 4 doctors who took care of my health and Joanne is one of them. She listens cares and makes sure your medication is up to date. A wonderful experience with Joanne when you leave you feel you were taken care of. Thank you
