I really like Dr. Bovard, but I get really frustrated with the wait times. I arrived on time for my 10 am appointment, but I was still sitting in the waiting room at 10:30. Then I didn’t see her in the exam room until 10:50. We thShow moreen spent all of 10 minutes together. I just don’t understand why the scheduling is such that I have these type of wait times every time I come for my visit.
Excellent care, Dr and assistant were knowledgeable and answered questions I had, no matter how crazy I felt asking them. They always make me feel comfortable and they explained surgery pros and cons with me. Usually drs don’t go Show moreinto detail about the negative things that can happen with surgery. Most, skin over the detail and just mention it. Thanks for years of wonderful care for so many years Dr. Bovard-Stuckert!
Jody Bovard, MD, is a certified obstetrician and gynecologist on staff at Greensboro OB-GYN Associates in Greensboro, North Carolina, specializing in contraception, adolescent gynecology, and infertility since 2007. As a member of the American Medical Association, the North Carolina Medical Society, and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she has the education and experience to treat patients of all ages. She has recently decided to step away from her obstetrical practice and devote her full attention to the gynecological needs of her patients.
Dr. Jody Bovard began her higher education at Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania, where she earned her undergraduate degree in 1998. She then moved to Pittsburgh to complete her medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2002. After earning her medical degree, she moved to Winston-Salem, North Carolina, for her residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, which she finished in 2007.
When she isn’t at Greensboro OB-GYN Associates counseling young women about contraception and preventive care, Dr. Bovard enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her twin daughters and son. She stays in shape by running and has completed two marathons (so far).

This was my 2nd yearly exam with Dr. Bovard and my first mammogram. She has a great personality and makes you feel very comfortable. Explains everything that will be taking place and genuinely cares. I look forward to my next yearly exam.

Dr Bovard is highly recommended as her bedside manners and listening to her patients is something that she hold in high refused, and it shows time and time again. I never have to dread the OBGYN appointments when I know she’s the one I’m seeing. Her knowledge and feedback is top notch.
