Dr. Crane grew up on Long Island, New York, and graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. After a one-year rotating internship and three years of dermatology training at Lower Cape Fear Dermatology Clinic in North Carolina, he opened his office in Wilmington in 1994.
He’s a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. He has published more than 100 research articles in the field of dermatology, serving as principal investigator on many of them.
