Folks in this office are all very kind - which is appreciated. That being said, I have never been to a practice that is so disorganized or poor at communicating. I have been on phone/text/in person asking questions, not getting responses, and waiting having been forgotten about. I've been sent away before receiving care and called back. I've nearly walked out twice so far. My surgery was well performed but in office care/etc has left much to be desired.
