I saw Mrs. Roan while my doctor was away on maternity leave. Mrs. Roan listened to my moaning without ever making me feel foolish, and in fact I felt like she genuinely cared about my health. She was knowledgeable, patient and compassionate! She is wonderful and I wouldn't mind seeing her again:)

Mrs Roan was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She explained things very well.
The team was incredible and helped me when I had severe pain. My attending nurse listened to all my questions and was genuinely concerned with my welfare and continued care. I give many many thanks to the healthcare team at First Care.
Quick and thorough
My visit was fast,professional and reassuring to me.
My puppy has been in back yard playing again. She's a lot of puppy. Lol when brushing her got poison ivy on both arms, neck and jaw. In misery I tried to get rid of it but just kept more on body. Used medicated cream, firstaid spray. All I knew to do, but nothing helped. Finally called first care. Went to office was barely seated when my name was called. Was taken back, weighed, BP, blood oxygen level checked, temp taken and taken to room where Within moments I was checked out, even though there was an emergency in another room I still didn't wait longer than I expected to. All in all, I was so glad to have chosen first care. I'd certainly recommend it.

It was great. The staff was friendly; Joan listened to my covers about how I was feeling and prescribed what de feels like I need. It was fairly quick. I do wish that people were required to wear a mask in the waiting room, though. Thanks for being there!

Was not notified of change of provider but I had seen Joan before at bossier south. No problems but exams are minimal at best ( not just with Joan). I felt kind of rushed but I have no serious issues I’m ok with that.
