Every time that I have a visit with Dr Kuriakose, I am reminded of why I chose her as my provider. She is honest, realistic with her feedback about my expectations, knowledgeable and with great bedside manner. I still get nervous Show morebefore my annual exams because I associate them with discomfort from previous experiences. None of that is a concern with Dr K! I really look forward to seeing how impactful having the right provider will be during my next pregnancy. Also, to the lovely Lena who drew my blood and made it completely painless, you were wonderful ! Thank you !!
The nurses and Dr. Kuriakose were nice. However, my appointment felt a bit rushed, and I left feeling unsure if all of my issues will be addressed or resolved. I'd really like a doctor that shows care or concern my issues, becauShow morese they are frightening to me. I'm not sure if I received that, because I mentioned a few things that weren't followed up on. However, it may just my blood work results and ultrasound, which Dr. Kuriakose ordered quickly. I appericate that and look forward to a better experience at my next appointment.
Maya Kuriakose, MD, is a board-eligible OB/GYN in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She brings over four years of professional experience to Women’s Health Services in Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas. Dr. Kuriakose is an honest and personable physician who specializes in all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology, including family planning, prenatal care, and da Vinci robotics.
She has lived throughout multiple parts of Texas. Originally from the Amarillo area, Dr. Kuriakose moved to Austin, where she received a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Texas at Austin. She then earned her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso in 2016. She completed her residency at Methodist Dallas Medical Center.
Dr. Kuriakose is a member of the American Medical Association and American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She makes it a point to spend quality time with each patient, understanding their problems and coming up with realistic solutions.
When she is not practicing medicine, she enjoys traveling, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with her husband and dog.

I really liked Dr. Kuriakose's friendly, upbeat bedside manner. She immediately establish rapport and we answered some of my questions all before the exam. Great experience for an annual exam!

This was my first visit with Dr Kuriakose, she was very sweet and kind, made me feel comfortable. She was very concerned, she addressed the issue, and resolved it quickly. If you're looking for a good OB/GYN, choose her. The staff was very sweet too.
