Hands down the best doctor. He gave me quality information and then gave me choices. Did not push anything on me like some doctors. I felt like I was in control of what I wanted to do and I truly appreciated that.
Dr. Ahmed was so patient and kind. I didn’t feel judged whatsoever and he even implicated a plan for me that wouldn’t break the bank. I was having issues paying for my televisit, and his office helped me out so much!

Before entering private practice, Dr. Ahmed completed a general psychiatry residency and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas. Since then, he’s served in various capacities, including chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Methodist Hospital, Baytown, and is currently a clinical assistant professor at UTMB, department of psychiatry.
