Naji Bourji, MD, is an interventional cardiologist at Heart & Vascular Center of West Tennessee, with offices in Jackson, Dyersburg, and the Delta Clinic in Lexington, Tennessee. He takes a patient-focused, integrative approach to care.
Dr. Bourji received his medical training from Kuanas University of Medicine in Lithuania. He completed an internal medicine residency at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, followed by a fellowship in cardiology. He also completed an interventional cardiology fellowship with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York.
He is board certified in cardiology, echocardiography, and internal medicine.
His volunteer experience includes treating patients in Beirut, Lebanon, at American University Hospital and Sahel General Hospital.
He was the chief resident at New York Methodist Hospital before joining Heart & Vascular Center of West Tennessee.

The only thing I didn't like is the nurse put the blood pressure machine on as I was sitting down and took my BP. In 3 seconds getting a false pressure reading. They had to send in another nurse a few minutes later. In the meantime the 1st one scared the crap out of me telling me my BP. Was 190 over90. My goodness at least let me sit down relax for 5 seconds and she needs to slow down. But overall it is a professional setting and I like it.

From the front office to the nurses everyone was very helpful. The doctor spent at least 15 minutes just asking about my medical history which I found to be an excellent experience.
