About Dr. Naleen Prasad, DPM
Naleen Prasad, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist who is board-eligible in foot and ankle surgery. She proudly provides high-quality care at two Bay Area Foot Care locations in Pleasanton and San Leandro, California. Her special interests include pediatric foot and ankle care, sports medicine, biomechanics, and treating clubfoot with the Ponseti casting technique.
Dr. Prasad earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from San Jose State University in San Jose, California, in 1997. In 2004, she earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland.
After finishing her schooling, Dr. Prasad moved to Los Angeles for a three-year surgical residency at City of Angels Medical Center/Baja Project for Crippled Children. For two years, she was the chief resident of the Baja Project and had the privilege of traveling to Honduras, El Salvador, and Mexico on surgical missions.
Dr. Prasad completed her worldly training in 2007 and moved back to the Bay Area. When she isn’t counseling patients about their care and helping them overcome foot and ankle complications, Dr. Prasad enjoys spending time with her husband, Atish, and their son, Aryan.

Loved Dr. McNeil. Very upbeat and direct. My foot pain is still there, but she gave great strategies to reduce it. I think the front desk and techs are nice but may need more training or maybe the docs and techs need to develop strategies to work together more smoothly.

Love Dr Prasad, she is always timely, provides great care and recommendations, she is very personable with great attitude and sense of humor.
Always a pleasure to be under Dr. Jacka's care, and I particularly enjoy the paintings on the walls. I don't enjoy the old building where he is housed, which is difficult to enter without the doors closing on me, and I can't move fast enough to prevent being hit by them. Also, the toilet is broken in the office and the public bathroom is too far away to go upstairs.
