Lost a lens from my glasses, since I was already there for sure issues I bought from them. First pair came back bifocals, I ordered progressives so not my fault. So second pair arrived, looked good, put them in and left office onlShow morey to get dizzy from turning my head but thought it was me. Got home and tripped stepping outside, that was when I realized my vision was only clear in the middle so I now must turn my whole head to see clearly. All my other pairs were ground to the edge and I thought that was the norm. So now I am unable to return because this was the second go-round and with the third someone must pay, should that be me? I didn't mess up the first time, I want the professional who was taking my order asking what finish, or reflective coating, progressive or bifocals or if I needed the lens ground to the inside and outside edges not just a 3/4" diameter circle I the center. Too many excuses instead of making it right. $560 for glasses and they aren't working for me.
Staff was extremely friendly. My physician took me to her office to show me exactly what we were talking about and to see the condition of my eye. I was in and out very fast. I would recommend. My only problem was parking, I have Show morea 2" lifted dodge and I couldn't fit in parking garage, couldn't park on street cuz it was before 9:00am so I parked in a private lot and prayed it would still be there!!
