I would highly recommend Main Street obstetrics and gynecology, I saw Dr. Nicole Abell and she is so kind, took her time with me an answered so many questions I had!! She is very passionate about informed choice and evidence basedShow more care, which made me so happy!! It’s very important to me to have an amazing doctor/OBGYN and I feel so lucky that I found this practice. Also, the office is beautiful and all the other stuff are incredibly.
Dr. Abell great. Your practice filling a huge need that could stand to be replicated everywhere. Room for improvement: Sound proofing & privacy in office so-so. Light is nice, but also felt somewhat “on display” in waiting room. AShow morelso weird to have solicitor come in selling something for a fundraiser while I was waiting for a medical appointment. Multiple staff didn’t have their masks covering their nose.
Nicole Abell, DO,, FACOOG is a board-certified OB/GYN and a co-founder of Main Street Obstetrics & Gynecology in Ventura, California. Dr. Abell enjoys forming lifelong relationships with her patients and taking care of them from adolescence to menopause and beyond.
Dr. Abell is originally from the Midwest and grew up in Indiana. She completed her master’s degree in biology at Purdue University. She then went on to receive her medical education at Nova Southeastern University, followed by her residency training in obstetrics and gynecologyMidwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.
With precision and skill, Dr. Abell performs surgical procedures with the highest level of care. She also enjoys the continued learning involved in this ever-changing field and utilizes the latest techniques to improve patient experiences.
Dr. Abell takes a holistic approach to care, helping not only address physical health but the emotional well-being of her patients. She believes it’s important to educate her patients so they can be fully involved in their health care and make the best decisions for their body.
In her free time, Dr. Abell enjoys car shows, , baking, bike rides and building sand castles with her three year old daughter. She recently welcomed a baby boy into her family and looks forward to new adventures now as a family of four.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Abell at Main Street OBGYN and I am so thankful that I found this practice. Everyone was incredibly nice and to say I feel supported in this journey is an understatement. I will be continuing my care here for the remainder of this pregnancy and hopefully future pregnancies to come.
