I had a really great experience with the doctor that I saw, but they were running very late and it was a little frustrating. My appointment was at 430 but wasn’t seen until 5:20. I understand it’s easy to run behind, but it would Show morebe nice to be notified if this was the case. Upon check in the receptionist told me they were running far behind so a quick phone call letting me know to come later would have been greatly appreciated.
I usually get right in for an appt. I came 15 minutes early, thats on me, for a 10 am appt. I wasn't brought back til after 10:30. I was told there were only 2 providers that day. Fine, I understand that, however, in waiting, 2Show more different people came in stating their appts were at 10:15 and another person had a 10:30. They were both taken in before me. One was even in and out before I was called back.
