Folks in this office are all very kind - which is appreciated. That being said, I have never been to a practice that is so disorganized or poor at communicating. I have been on phone/text/in person asking questions, not getting reShow moresponses, and waiting having been forgotten about. I've been sent away before receiving care and called back. I've nearly walked out twice so far. My surgery was well performed but in office care/etc has left much to be desired.
The Doctor is very caring, but since I have been in pain since January, I do not understand why it is taking so long to get relief. Maybe it is the insurance company or Medicare who is dragging this situation on and on. The doctoShow morer was going to call in a R/X for authiritis medication, so far the Rite-Aid pharmacy has not received a new order.
Nirav Amin, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon at the four Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Institute offices in Victorville, Pomona, Barstow, Banning, and Loma Linda, California. Dr. Amin traveled to Ohio to complete a sports medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, followed by an adult reconstruction and orthopedic surgery fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City.

Evelyn is invaluable to your office. Took my calls even after hours and handled every question or concern (even with my insurance) I had always by the next day at the latest.
